5/5 – Beautiful, Clean, and Relaxing Stay! We had such a great experience staying here! The resort is very clean, with beautiful walking areas and great spots to take photos. The pool was sparkling clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly – it really felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the best things is how accessible everything is – parking was easy, and you're close to restaurants, malls, souvenir shops, and food options. The views are gorgeous, especially during sunset, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. If I had one suggestion, it would be to extend the pool hours to 11 p.m. – it's such a lovely experience to swim under the stars, and 10 p.m. feels just a little too early to close. All in all, I’d absolutely recommend this place. It’s in a great location, everything is nearby, and the vibe is just right. Definitely a 5 out of 5!

This resort was a great deal for a high quality experience. The staff are very friendly, service is great, our meals were delicious, the views cannot be beat, and I had the best massage from Cristina at the spa! Oh, the sundries store even had my brand of makeup removing wipes. This is a two thumbs up!

Will not stay here again We were assigned a room in building D. The room was a quarter mile, taking 2 elevators and a number of steps to the cafe. Being 77 years old and not walking very well it was a struggle to get to the cafe for breakfast. After leaving our room for dinner, I told the girl at checking in about this problem but she offered no help. Went to dinner and ordered the steak but it was cold. The server returned it to the kitchen to heat it. They heated the cast iron plate but the steak was still cold.

If you pay for the nicer “resort” room you will have a nice stay. If you pay for a basic room you are right next to a very busy freeway and your room will be very loud. We paid an additional $50 to upgrade to a nicer room since we could hear the noise from the freeway in our room and knew we wouldn’t sleep well. The pool area and Restaurants are very nice although the pools aren’t heated so they are useless. We paid $450 for a one night stay and I felt like the price was way too high for what we got. Not sure I would stay here again. There are other nicer hotels nearby for the same price.

My husband and I stayed at the resort for 5 days. What a beautiful scenery. The staff was very friendly, the food was great, but a little pricey( beers $12- that’s a little steep!) The pool was very nice. I was disappointed in the hot tubs though. Out of the 3 that were open, 2 had broken jets.

Great Pools were incredible. Service staff were all great (registration could be friendlier). Distance to everything was crazy long - should be disclosed for those who may not be able to walk long distances easily.
