松巴島魯阿海灘度假村

住宿體驗很棒！真是個好主人。氣氛非常好。強烈推薦。美味的食物讓這一切變得更容易。海灘就在附近。我們會回來的。那是肯定的:)

Petit resort à bungalows climatisés très sympa avec deux piscines sur la grande plage de ruah . Personnel très serviable et souriant . Le massage (en supplement) est très agréable et très professionnel . Les repas sont de bonne qualité et les lits confortables .

Antonio le directeur de l hôtel est à l image de ce charmant hôtel ! Belle décoration authentique , Personnel adorable , propre Très bien placé , devant la plage . Nourriture fraîche , poisson exceptionnel ! Je recommande ce lieu exceptionnel vivement ….

Hotel was empty, it was a hot mess, there was unfinished structures thru out the property, 75% of the menu was not available, was hard to order food, each time we ordered something, waiter would come back to let us know they don’t have it. Only the manager spoke English fluently, the rest of the staff spoke very little English to none, though they were very nice. No wifi in the rooms or phone service, so you end up spending a lot of time in the reception area. More importantly, we were not allowed to go in the ocean, I’ve never heard of this before, apparently they have a religious ceremony on oct 26th and the local customs don’t allow that portion of the beach to be used, bizarre, why would they not specify on the website and offer discounts? Basically you end up in a messy hotel, on front of a beautiful beach you cannot swim in and almost no food to order. Also, they would sat us at the table not in front of each other but next to each other as if people shouldn’t face each other when they eat, they need some training on dining etiquette, also, for some reason they had jars with sugar on each table and were full of ants, no idea how the hotel stays in business

De premier abord c est un endroit magnifique. 3 piscines, bungalows jolie restaurant à côté de la piscine. Tout pourrait être bien sauf q en grattant un peu cet endroit manque d entretien. Fuite d eau dans la SDB, bondé du lavabo rouillée WC pas propre La piscine trop chaude il ne l'a font pas tourner assez à mon avis Côté restaurant un manque cruel de plat qui sont pourtant sur la carte comme les fruits de mer le hamburger ou des fruits comme des bananes Et le prix du restaurant est prohibitif voir du vol. Personnel très agréable et attentionné malgré tout
