Easy check in at the pub and plenty of parking. Had requested room on lower floor but was told they had not received my message. Comfy bed but no main light in the bathroom or soap dispenser by the bath. Did report the light but it couldn't be fixed until the morning and I was leaving at 6. Friendly pub with outside tables,.

Booked a room at around 22:05 to find out on the confirmation email that you can not check in after 22:00 tried to call the hotel as states 24 hour reception after 6 attempts over an hour there was no response, I went to the hotel no sign of anyone and no answer on the intercom. Now lost the money for the room and not even stayed in the room. Very poor service and not accurate advertising.

They sold out of the family room we booked and instead of giving us a double bed they put us in a room with 2 twin beds and told they cant help us because we are staying there three nights and they have other in coming bookings for the following days. There is also no lift and luggage assist trolleys. No mini fridge and no iron. Cleaning only happens upon check out for a 3 day booking.

Firstly I requested two rooms to be close to each other and did not expect to be on different floors and nowhere near each other !, also when I checked in I was told the payment card had been rejected and I know this not to be true as I made two bookings with ******* and both bookings made were made with the same payment card and it was not nice to be asked for the payment and told that I was lucky that the rooms were not allocated to someone else as payment made and had not been authorised by using other forms of payment… plus no one from either the Fallow field or ******* have contacted me to ask for confirmation payment, very bad service and would probably not stop here again due to this issue

Would not stay again No loo roll in room-loo roll holder smashed off the wall. Were told there was a night porter, but car alarm in carpark kept going off for HOURS in the early hours of the morning

As we were getting ready for bed another family came into our room, unfortunately we just didn’t settle or sleep well after that. When I tried to call the number we were given we got no answer so had to walk to the pub to find out what was happening. Room was big, we liked that it was a single bed not a sofa bed. Pretty clean but tired in areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.
