泰爾福特中心美居飯店(Mercure Telford Centre Hotel)

Excellent hotel, great location ,staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of extras included in the price, Swimming Pool , Sauna, Hot tub, gym and many many more. Food very nice. Would definitely highly recommend and would stay again. Also dog friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Privilege King Room. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfy; the duvet was slightly too warm. The TV was an impressive size. Wi-fi could be a lot better. The shower had good water pressure. The room came with empty bottles of conditioner and body lotion. We didn't use the swimming pool facilities, but they looked impressive. The bar was reasonably priced; 2 bottles of Rekorderlig for £8, cheaper than our local. Staff could do with a major attitude change. We mentioned to reception that we were missing items from the bathroom (conditioner and body lotion), and the receptionist told us that they would bring some up. They still didn't bring this, so we mentioned it again later on. We were advised that they had spoken with housekeeping, who had advised that they had refilled the bottles, which they hadn't. We ordered housekeeping for the following day, but they came late and were extremely rude. They didn't do much of what was needed. The floor wasn't hoovered, and the tea, coffee, and sugar were just thrown on the tray next to the kettle. The fire alarm went off early in the morning, and we were not advised of the alarm being tested. We were extremely unhappy about this, as it woke us up.

Room Was not up to standard. Reception team got this swiftly sorted and arranged a free upgrade for the inconvenience. Friendly and helpful staff. Would return again.

Staffed by kids apart from breakfast time, which was the only pleasant thing about my stay. Rooms at the front are lit up like a Christmas tree and the windows are poorly fitted. So very noisy. Pool cannot fit more than three people in, So if the regulars are in, you've no chance

Breakfast area was very cold , hot tub in the spa area wasn’t working was told by regulars this was a common issue not good if your searching for a weekend away with spa and the main thing of a hot tub isn’t working how much extra do they charge for having a workable one ! Decor and general feel of the hotel was that it’s been let go and worn down the lift feels like it needs a good service the corridors smell of **** and we had a joining room and had noise till about 3am next door
