大衛凱賓斯基特拉維夫飯店(The David Kempinski Tel Aviv)

I stayed here for several days for a work trip. The hotel is very modern and new, with a lovely lounge on the 22nd floor (unfortunately it reeks of tuna fish). The room was nice and comfortable. The windows open, which is a nice perk for a high rise hotel. My only complaint is the cheap, shoddy clothes iron provided, which was wholly out of line for such a luxury property.

Recientemente tuvimos el placer de hospedarnos en este magnífico hotel con nuestra familia y queremos compartir nuestra experiencia excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos bienvenidos y atendidos de manera impecable. Las instalaciones del hotel son simplemente impresionantes. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y decoradas con un gusto exquisito. Nos encantó la atención al detalle y la limpieza impecable en todo el establecimiento. Las áreas comunes simplemente hermosas y brindaban un ambiente relajante y sereno. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo especial nuestra estancia fue el personal del hotel. En particular, nos gustaría agradecer sinceramente a Hayim Ajobel. Desde el primer momento en que interactuamos con él, su calidez y profesionalismo nos impresionaron. Siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar y responder a nuestras preguntas con una sonrisa. Sus recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar y restaurantes locales fueron acertadas y nos permitieron disfrutar al máximo nuestra estancia en la ciudad. El servicio en el restaurante del hotel también fue excepcional. El desayuno buffet ofrecía una amplia variedad de platos deliciosos y frescos que satisfacían todos los gustos. El personal del restaurante fue amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a asegur**** de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos.

Ik heb hier niet overnacht. Wel gegeten in het Sareia restaurant. Ik logeerde bij vrienden en vond dat daar wel een luxe dinertje tegenover mocht staan. En luxueuzer dan het Kempinski is er niet in Tel Aviv. Laat ik beginnen met de entourage, die is heel bijzonder. Het restaurant biedt een spectaculair uitzicht over de Middellandse Zee. De bediening is heel voorkomend. Precies wat je in deze omgeving verwacht. En het eten is niet minder. We deelden een voorgerecht: tweemaal sashimi. Zelf had ik als hoofdgerecht een tonijn steak. Die was voortreffelijk bereid. Weet niet meer wat mijn vrienden hadden. Er zat in ieder geval Fisherman’s Pasta bij. Daarna nog even blijven plakken om van het uitzicht te genieten. We waren alle 3 zeer tevreden. Ik was circa € 280,- kwijt. En dat is aanzienlijk goedkoper dan een overnachting in het hotel.

5/5! Just stayed here for nearly two weeks for my wedding. We had the most exceptional service. The biggest thank you to Alyona (Guest Services Manager) for doing everything she possibly could to make our stay as incredible as it was. Nothing was too much for her and she truly made our experience the best it could be. There were many personalised touches from her to make our wedding as special as it was. The staff around the pool are super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were on beck and call for everything we needed. p.s, the beds were super super comfy and massive! Highly recommend!

Non avrei mai pensato di essere vittima di razzismo in Israele, ma purtroppo in questo hotel è stato così. Se non sei ebreo e non cammini in piscina con un Rolex da 100K per loro non conti nulla. Ci siamo sentiti discriminati perché semplicemente non ebrei da tutto lo staff dell’hotel non avendo lo stesso trattamento come gli altri: sdraio non disponibili, camera piena di polvere con piante morte e moquette sporca di “marrone”( non abbiamo ancora capito se nutella o escrementi), caffè e cappuccini freddi a colazione perché ultimi ad essere serviti oltre a non prendere ordini al tavolo a differenza degli altri ospiti. In ordine sparso inoltre: parti comuni e arredi sporchi, palestra ridicola non attrezzata e ovviamente sporca, in piscina cercano di obbligarti a metterti un braccialetto(tipo villaggio all inclusive a sharm 😂) dicendo che “è per la tua sicurezza”, al buffet della colazione c’era sporco in terra e frutta già tagliata/mangiata, personale inesistente sempre al telefono compresi i bagnini. La clientela dell’hotel è rozza e cafona. Sul nostro piano avevamo persone che hanno urlato per 3 notti di fila e il problema non è mai stato risolto. Ogni volta che segnalavano un problema o ci lamentavamo ci veniva detto solo “we are sorry”…senza risolvere nulla o rimediando in modi concreti. Nonostante sia un hotel internazionale la cucina è kosher è non viene servito per esempio a colazione niente di carne. Tutto questo per 700€ a notte!!! Questo non è lo standard del Kempinsky. Da clienti fissi della catena siamo esterrefatti e delusi. Ci sono mille altri hotel a Tel Aviv che costano di meno e con standard più alti. Evitate questo hotel di razzisti ed incompetenti.

Nous avons offert à notre neveu et sa compagne un séjour au David Kempiski pour leur anniversaire de rencontre. Le séjour a été parfait, très belle chambre avec vue magnifique sur le bord de mer. Merci à Angelina ( Lady in red) responsable du guest relation service qui a été parfaite dans l'accompagnement et leur a réservé un excellent accueil particulièrement attentif.

Les prestations et la décoration sont dans les standards d'un hôtel de luxe mais le service y est très loin, voir inexistant. Ici ce n'est pas le client qui est roi mais le personnel qui est roi! Sauf qu'au prix de la chambre ou des restaurants si vous faites la moindre remarque "c'est de votre faute". Le plat est trop piquant, vous n'aviez qu'à mieux choisir (véridique) La chambre a été mal faite, vous n'aviez pas à rentrer si tôt (véridique) Cet hôtel souffre d'un personnel qualifié, qui n'a surtout jamais été formé à l'hôtellerie de luxe. Vous êtes certain que je n'y retournerais pas...

Had a great 2 night stay last month. The location is great, right across the street from the beach. We booked the oceanview suite and it was amazing. The views were stunning. The breakfast buffet was also fabulous, so many choices! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel directement sur la plage et donc excellente localisation . Il manque quelque chose pour etre un tres Grand Hôtel , la chambre est moyenne mais il faut payer plus cher pour avoir une belle vue . Je n'ai pas aimer qu'a mon arrivée on a pris la totalité du montant de la chambre plus un autre 500 Euros pour les service futurs (comme s'il n'avait pas confiant que nous payerons pas au départ ) . Dans l'ensemble c'est un des meilleurs hotel en ce moment a Tel aviv .
