Adorei o hotel e o atendimento é perfeito. Ponto negativo: Restaurante principal não funcionar na sexta. Não consegui comer no bar da piscina devido aos horário da sexta feira e sábado.

I have written in the past about the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. It's an excellent hotel for either business or pleasure. The beach is across the street, the rooms, pool and gym are excellent, the food is great, the lounge is excellent and most of all, the people who work in the hotel are incredible and always trying to help with anything needed! For me, Henri at the front desk should get the service award of the year. He is always welcoming and tries very hard to make every stay an excellent visit, as do many of the others including the great team in the lounge. Many thanks and we look forward to seeing you every time we come to the hotel (several times a year)!

Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv was exceptional! Mary Anne’s club-level service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and truly outstanding. The club lounge boasts an unparalleled food selection, among the finest of any lounge visited. Mazal, the club-level manager overseeing checkouts, was phenomenal—professional and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. The Club lounge on the 18th floor is a hidden gem - staff Elena, Maisal, Maria have made the hotel feel like our home away from home.

Service was amazing and the hotel was wonderful. Great location with clean comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible and 18th floor lounge was first class. Will definitely return on my next visit. To the Sheraton staff a very big thank you.
