Hotel was clean and good breakfast

Está muy bien situado, la zona de alrededor está llena de bares, restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. Habitación amplia de decoración minimalista con cama de matrimonio, tv, aire acondicionado, nevera y con calentador de agua con sobres de te y café soluble. En el baño te dejan botecitos de champu, gel, acondicionador, pastiilas de jabón, etc. Muy limpio. Piscina en la terraza. Personal muy correcto. El primer día nos íbamos de excursión antes de que abrieran para desayunar y nos prepararon un picnic muy completo. Desayuno muy completo con una amplia gama de quesos y de calidad.

Staffs were very friendly. I had red eye flight and got there early, they kindly find a place for me to be prepared for the early morning meeting. Breakfast was very nice. I am not big fan of western or middle east food, but the foods was great. Facilities wise, I can not say it is great but good enough for business trip and clean due to the floor without rug. One thing I could not experience is swimming pool, the operation hour is somewhat limited (form 10 am to 6 pm). All in all, it was a good stay for me.

The room was clean but the bedsheet keeps falling out of bed. for the price I paid I expect a good pillows and bed. The attendant at night, when I asked for a taxi, she said she will call back but she didn’t. Be careful when you make reservation, there’s no cancellation. You’ll be charged quick

DISHONEST MANAGER As a result of being rushed, after being told we could no longer have a late check out I left behind $1300 in Cash in my room safe, and upon returning a while later after realizing we had forgotten it in the safe the Male Manager insisted we were mistaken, which I was 100% sure I was not!! I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HIS DISHONESTY! GOLDEN RULE REMINDER MR. MANAGER: DO unto others as you would want them to do to you. You will be ripped off as a result of your dishonesty! What goes around, comes around!

What a great hotel. Central location in Ramat Gan, minutes from Tel Aviv. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Beautiful spread of Breakfast!!! Lots of fresh vegetables. Cheeses, breads, Israeli style backed goods, wonderful station of hot and cold beverages. Service was amazing. Definitely a place to return to.

Terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel as a couple with a two-year-old baby. At midnight a party started in the room next to us which included loud music, ***** and alcohol and lasted for several hours. As a result, we were unable to sleep all night, and it was useless to try to put the baby to sleep. The hotel staff treated the problem with indifference and claimed that the police and not they should handle it. I want my money back and compensation from the hotel.

Counter staff promised to arrange taxi for us to airport but forgot to put it down while handovered to next shift. It caused us to go to street to get a taxi at 5 am.
