荷茲利亞NYX飯店

Pessimo!!! Mai successo prima nella mia vita. Arrivo in struttura dopo un trattamento medico in zona e l'unica cosa che volevo era far riposare mia moglie. Come arrivo capisco che: il mio nome è scritto male, passa. La stanza non è pronta, passa. Nonostante avevo prenotata per mia moglie, figlia e me non avevano mia figlia e quindi un sovrapprezzo, passa. In men che si dica notiamo un atteggiamento ostile in tutto e per tutto alchè si presenta un cerro Tomer che si considera il manager. Cosa che scopro più tardi non lo è nemmeno. Parla male e con disprezzo a mia moglie e addirittura le gira le spalle mentre esprimo il mio stupore in tutta la questione. Chiediamo che venga il VERO manager e ci accomdiamo nella lobby in attesa della stanza.... dopo 1:30 decidiamo che così non va bene e ci accingiamo a chiedere l'annullamento di tutto e richiedere il rimborso. Ovviamente avendo pagato con la carta dal cell mi dicono non possono rendere il rimborso e tutt'ora a 4/5 gg dopo sono ancora in attesa. Mentre chiedo il rimborso arriva una certa persona non giovane di nome Alona che in fine è lei la vera manager dell'hotel NYX. Nello stupore più scioccante al mondo noto che non ha nemmeno cercato di sentire la mia versione e non fa nulla ma dico nulla per cercare di accogliere la nostra versione dei fatti e capire cosa stia succedendo. Tanto che ad una certa minaccia di chiamare la polizia se non usciamo subito!!! Mia figlia di 5 anni nel sentire la minaccia inizia a piangere. Cosa che non ha nemmeno sfiorato la loro coscienza del loro torto nei nostri confronti. Alla faccia dell'accoglienza e del gratificare il cliente. Viaggio tanto sia per lavoro che per piacere. Mai dico mai avuto un tale trattamento. Forse perché sono ortodosso o per un motivo a me sconosciuto... sconsiglio vivamente.

Hotel is ok. The rooms are clean snd tidy. Staff in the dining room and bar are good, Unable to use the gym before 0700 or after 2130 which is a problem if you like to train before or after work. Try the publica, that gives you 24hr access. Over all ok.

The rooms are well appointed and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The meals were excellent with a very wide choice. The only complaint is that the pillows are way too soft. Even after a request for a firm pillow the best they could give me were little better. Please buy some decent firm pillows!

They saw that we are religious so they speak with us in very bad way. They gave us to wait three hours for the key and in the end they didn’t give us and when we asked them why you don’t give us they said we gonna do what we want And when we said we want to cancel they said no ! and if you’re gonna continue to speak, we’re gonna call the police. My daughter start to cry because it’s very scary and she never heard her speak like that . !!!!!low level.

We stayed at the NYX for one night. Despite the hotel, being mostly housed by civilians who escaped war, the staff goes above, and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. The staff was accommodating, courteous, and efficient. I will definitely go back.

Lovely hotel. Modern, clean, great location. Room had everything you needed including welcome gifts and a comfy bed. Shower was amazing and towels changed daily. Breakfast buffet had so much choice. All vegetarian but lots of choice. Staff all pleasant and helpful. I'd certainly stay here again.
