The property is great with a beautiful view of mountains. It gives you very cosy and pleasant vibes. The rooms were clean n tidy. The staff is cooperative & they even arranged for our pet’s food. ‘The deck’ provides Italian & Mexican cuisine which is worth trying for. But, the breakfast options were limited, which I advised them & they told they will work upon that. Overall, the place is great, my pet enjoyed a lot.

Perfect hospitality location food & service everything is excellent main thing view & specious rooms. Recommend to everyone must try & visit this property with the covered of valley and cool weather. Also very polite and professional staff.

The place is okay and would say it’s overrated. The cottages require air conditioning as, around this time of the year, it’s horribly hot during the day time. In the morning there was no hot water. The food was served cold, whether it was breakfast or dinner. The used plates remained in attended and remained outside our cottage through the night which made me very uncomfortable. The toiletries were bare minimum although toilets were neat. Location was average and so far the management is not doing anything to create a beautiful landscape around the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Over all an average stay and does not commensurate to the money paid.

Thanks Shivani , Ashok , Sarthak , Sourabh for making our anniversary weekend special & also planning our itinerary filled with hikes and treks .. great fun overall ..Will be back again for sure ... PS : pls ensure u take good care of the antique pieces .. photos.. a small museum space to house them will do wonders to showcase the rich history and heritage of the bygone era. Had a time of my life experience celebrating my friend Anshul’s 40th birthday. This place is really nice and thanks to Sarthak for taking good care of us and all the arrangements. Food was really good and the views are nice too. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Heartwarming hospitality by their GM Shivani. Rooms were not good. Not as shown in the pictures. They need big time renovation as their prices are premium considering the location. Also, this property is at the main road so lot of traffic noise comes from morning 7 am and it becomes difficult to sleep. So, can try other options as well in Kanatal as lot of good properties and much better views
