Excellent property Excellent hospitality . i am really excited to visit again Thanks to Ms Rashi from front desk for taking care of the family . Food was delicious full on campus activities for families

The first sight of it, after you climb that 5 km hill after reaching Narendranagar, completely floors you. It has a beautiful dark chocolate facade, with warm interiors. Gives you a feel of some forest lodge in New Zealand. The food takes all the points. I have had the best bubble tea here. I did face some initial hiccups in my room in TV, and sliding door, which the staff was quick to address. I used the spa on 2 days and the therapist service was excellent. My favorite place to sit and work was the haven Lounge on the ground floor. And they have a drink called OneSevenFive, which is amazing when had with crushed ice. The room dining was fantastic and the staff is very courteous. Overall, this would be my go back to hotels, for a 2-3 week stay. Check it out.

We live in rishikesh and randomly planned to explore the place for their ambience and food, and I must tell you its a must visit space, we first checked out their infinity pool, and jacuzzi which is located on same floor as restaurant “Akasa” that gives a mesmerising view of mountains and rishikesh city, we clicked a few pictures and moved towards the food place as we were starving for lunch, I was impressed by the service of staff to name few tampha, sa***tha, p***l and their ***ager ankit for their calm, interactive and welcoming attitude, the food tasted delicious, if you are a cheese lover I would recommend you to try their “goat cheese pizza”(vegetarian option, cheese is made from goat milk) to experience mouth melting cheese and if you are a fan of vegetable soups like myself you should give a try to their “edamame chanko nabe” we ended by checking out their rooftop drink space “pebbles” which was not open at that hour so we clicked some pictures around the place and ended our short trip.

As property Westin says by it self . We had such a good time with. You made us feel completely at home. We made such beautiful memories so we thank you for your hospitality and generosity. The room was supremely comfortable. The accommodations were immaculate. The food was top-notch. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful stay.

I went to this beautiful hotel on the footsteps on Himalayas. We went to restaurant Toya for the dinner . The staff and the food was too good . Special thanks to chef Sourav Bisht and Pankaj Rawat who took care of our food really well and also the service staff shija and other were too good . Hope to visit soon for more delicious food..

We recently stayed at the Westin Resort and Spa near Rishikesh. The property is new and beautiful. It is nestled in the Himalayas with superb views of Rishikesh and Dehradun. We were alloted a suite, which was spacious and well made. The highlight of our stay was the food. This was well ***aged by the caring and efficient Chef Kamlesh. He deserves special mention for his efforts to help my wife with her special dietary needs. We noticed his passion in the dining area. Would also like to mention others who served us tirelessly and with a smile always. Lily, Kamal, Sagar, Aalam,and Priyanka Bhanage. Would also like to thank Ankit at the travel desk, who helped us with our trip to Rishikesh. So, in all a great experience at a beautiful resort in the Himalayas.

We stayed at the Westin for just one night but for me it was my favorite hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk was helpful but the service and hospitality from the restaurant staff at Akasa was unmatched. We had the pleasure to have the same server Anuj at night and during the day and he treated our whole family with care as though he was a part of it. The whole time there was not a need that went unmet and the hospitality was magnificent. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and Anuj has set a new standard for hospitality and care and in my mind deserves all the accolades possible.

A beautiful property nestled in the Himalayas. A top notch hospitality and mouthwatering food with every dish cooked to perfection!!!! Worth coming back again. Do try the local delicacies and Thai food in Toya. The cocktails and evening high tea with Ganga Arti was a pleasure

There is stink in the balcony. There is construction going on across the room which creating a huge noise. The view is pathetic. The staff is untrained and stupid. In no way is it value for money or even worth visiting. Quite a shoddy experience.
