Проживание в отеле мне очень понравилось, присутствовала идеальная чистота на всей территории. Мы останавливались в просторном, комфортном номере, в котором было всё необходимое: сейф, электрический чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, тапочки, набор для душа, зубные щётки с пастой, бесплатный wi-fi. С верхних этажей открывается красивый вид из окна на весь город. Порадовал завтрак, шведский стол разнообразный и очень красиво оформленный. Обслуживание прекрасное, весь персонал внимательный и заботливый.

This place truly is the most amazing hotel in all of IRAN especially in tehran, the staffs are incredibly polite and respectful , the rooms are extremely clean, breakfast is always fresh with lots of choices , there is a restaurant on the top floor that has an amazingg food with top quality. I would like to thank the management of Eskan Alvand hotel for keeping this hotel the best of the best in all aspects.

I stayed in this hotel from 25th October to 11th November and had a very good experience. The management of this hotel is first class, everything ran perfectly because of the manager here. Everything was in its place and every member of staff knew exactly what they should be doing and I believe that is because of the excellent management. The rooms were very clean and the food served here is absolutely excellent. The one, very small, complaint I have is that they are very anxious to get their money. I am used to settling the bill at the end of my stay at other hotels but this hotel really didn’t like it and I had to keep paying every 3 days. They also didn’t like cash and wanted everything by card. However they did make an exception for me as I do not have a card that I am able to pay with. I was a manager before I retired and I am able to differentiate between good and bad management and it is my belief that the manager here is the hotels greatest asset. All in all I had a wonderful stay and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
