範式公寓由Antlerzone運營

Apartment is located just above the Paradigm mall. We were only given one access key card for our 2 bedroom unit. This caused much inconvenience as we can’t get in and out of the apartment freely as individuals. Unfortunately for us, the washing machine was leaking and unusable. We were only given one bath towel for each of us during our stay, without any hand towels. No toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and only 2 trash bins/bags in the unit. There’s no microwave and no wine opener too. Every unit is allocated one fixed parking lot. Additional parking requires approval for parking in visitors lot from the guard house. There is no front desk to get help from even during the day. Everything is communicated thru WhatsApp.

Best part was the location and having 2 bedrooms in the apartment. On hindsight, should have gone for hyatt at the same building where lobby is accessible within the mall. For this residence, had a hard time even trying to check in. First of all, the auto reply welcome message told us to whatsapp the number 1-3 day before on check in. When i did, there was no reply all the way even thought the number was indeed under antlerzone. Had no idea if this was because check in was not ready until after 4pm on checkin day and no choice waited till then. But still no reply so tried to look around for alternative contact number and finally got reply from another of their whatsapp number and only begun check in process then. By then kids was tired and irritated and the instructions givennto access the lobby was not helpful for families not driving. Had to walk up the cars’ slope to reach. Advice on alternative lift and entrances were not helpful. Families with young children or elderly need to consider these.

Came here with family of 4, spacious and clean. Love it. Will book again.

Good and clean apartment and location is awesome. View is awesome at night. One of the Bed seems to have some bed bugs though and i have submitted a feedback for them to look into it. Hope they improve.

Great location, just above the Paradigm Mall. Easy access to Mall UG and L4. The residence is quite new and very clean. Nice swimming pool and gym. Piecewise, reasonable.

hi i stayed 21/7 one night. until now 31/7 still deposit tidak pulangkan lagi. kita nak stay elok je kite bayar onthespot deposit! bila nak pulangkan kemain lama ya. deposit rm300 ya. ni first time jumpa sistem macam ni. lama sangat peram deposit orang 😖😖😖
