Très propres et très bien conçu pour que tout le monde soit proche de la cuisine des douches et des toilettes. La petite marche à la cascade était top mais il fait bien suivre les triangles oranges pour ne pas se tromper de sentier. On n'a pas été dérangés par les sandflies. Une excellente option pour rejoindre milford sound

Wunderschöner Ort mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Bungalows. In der Küche gab es alles für eine prima Selbstversorgung. Gutes Bad mit heißer Dusche und Wärmflaschen für ein warmes Bett. Von diesem aus hatten wir einen grandiosen Blick auf die Berge. Zur Begrüßung kam gleich ein New Zealand Robin angeflattert :-) Das Gelände ist sehr schön angelegt mit Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Wiesen. Wir würden immer wiederkommen! Danke auch an den freundlichen Simon, der uns begrüßt hat.

Lage: In der Natur von Neuseeland mit Bergblick. Da abends der Tunnel zum Milford Sound schließt, auch kein Durchgangsverkehr mehr. Zimmer: Einfach eingerichtete Cabin mit Küchenzeile. Restaurant: Fehlanzeige – hier ist Selbstversorgung gefragt. Sonstiges: Abends werden die Sandflies (zumindest im Sommer) zur wirklichen Plage. Kein WLAN verfügbar. Fazit: Rustikale Cabin zum fairen Preis, alles ok.

Évidemment il n'y a pas de wifi, ni de tv, mais ça on le savait avant de venir. L'endroit est calme et reposant, dans la nature. C'est surtout hyper bien placé pour aller à Milford Sound. Nous sommes restés deux nuits et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre est grande, avec un grand lit bien confortable, une table pour les repas. La cuisine est correctement équipée avec une plaque au gaz. La salle de bain est complète mais sans chauffage. L'ensemble est rustique, mais le rapport qualité-prix reste très intéressant.

Endroit magnifique. Idéal pour visiter les fjords. Très bien équipes, cuisine complète. Literie très confortable. Accueil agréable et serviable. Laundry a disposition. Logement chaud et confortable A recommander.

Location was fabulous after a full day at Milford Sound, so peaceful. The room was perfect for our family, great amenities, comfy beds and the room was lovely and warm. Check in and check out was super easy.

The location good after a day at the 'Pound' love warm cabin with all the necessities. Book in great. Not a complaint.

Great, simple and quiet campground with all unpowered sites. There hot showers, clean kitchen + bathroom and wifi access. Staff were helpful and provided great advice on how to safely get to Milford Sound as well as what to see on the area. Would recommend if you are due for a nice shower and a warm/cozy camp meal.

This location is a convenient overnight stay on the way to Milton Sound. I guess that this is all it plans to be. It is right beside the large public toilet block for the buses. But $70 for two campers is pricey and only one shower for the whole campsite in the unisex toilets is a bit frugal. Also understand the camp is right beside a helipad so don’t plan to be there during the day as you will be treated to a constant thud of helicopter tours. So plan to arrive late and leave early. But I guess that is the sound of money in NZ tourism. Watch out for noise pollution in the tourist areas.
