房間有點小，我預訂的是兩張單人床，結果卻被安排了一張雙人床，這讓我有點意外；但是房間非常乾淨，景色也很美，所以我覺得還不錯。

房間很復古 設計風格獨特 早餐也很健康美味 衹是住在二樓接待處附近 隔音一般

早餐很難吃。

My experience at sandali metheki was amazing,Breakfast tastes so amazing, the staffs are so helpful and very nice with top notch professionalism 🥰, the hotel location is very accessible to different parts of the city . Thank you sandali metheki, will surely visit again. 👍👍

I booked two nights in a Suite at Sandali Metekhi through Trip.com because I specifically needed a room with a bathtub. After arriving (following a 5-hour drive), the hotel initially confirmed my check-in — but then I was informed that I could stay in the suite for only one night. For the second night, I would be downgraded to a much simpler, smaller room without a bathtub, which was not what I booked or planned for. The hotel refunded 100 GEL, which covered only the price difference between the suite and the downgraded room. However, no additional compensation was offered for the disruption, stress, and the fact that my planned rest was significantly affected. This situation strongly suggested an overbooking issue, and it felt like Trip.com was selling room inventory that was not actually available at the hotel. To save my stay, I even tried to book directly with the hotel at my own expense, because relying on the Trip.com booking became problematic — but the damage to my trip was already done. I also contacted Trip.com support and was told I would receive approximately $50 in Trip Coins, but this still does not reflect the real impact of what happened. I traveled for a proper отдых, planned around a specific room type and amenities, and instead spent my time dealing with an unexpected downgrade and uncertainty after a long journey. A simple refund of the room-rate difference is not sufficient in cases like this. I expect Trip.com, as a reputable company, to provide a more appropriate goodwill compensation for the inconvenience and the negative experience caused by selling accommodation that was not honored as booked.

Мы приезжали в этот отель в начале июня 2026 года. Отель очень хорошо расположен, у реки в центре города. Персонал очень дружелюбный и готовый помочь. На 6 этаже есть небольшая терраса, оттуда открывается прекрасный вид на Тбилиси 😍 Уборка проводилась каждый день. Завтраки вполне сытные. Были овощи, яйца, сосиски, выпечка и прочее. Пр всем вопросам персонал помогал и очень быстро решали вопросы. После выезда нам разрешили оставить багаж в отеле. Спасибо огромное! Приедем еще 🫶🏻

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Schon im Vorfeld war der Service schnell, zuverlässig und die Rezeption wirklich rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Uns wurde immer flexibel und freundlich geholfen (Transfer, Umbuchung wegen cancelled flight, Verspätung bei der Anreise wegen Flug, usw.. 10/10!!!). Auch vor Ort war alles top. Das Zimmer war neuwertig, gepflegt und ausreichend groß, riesiges Bett und kleiner Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden - die Altstadt ist einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Auch ein Bahnhof/die Metro sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Besonders hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Frischer georgischer Käse, gebratenes Gemüse, frisch gebackenes Khachapouri, leckeres Brot, uvm.. Ausserdem konnte man jeden Morgen frisches Omelette, Crêpes, Rührei, usw. bestellen. Sehr lecker. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wünsche mir, dass beauftragte Service-Dienstleistungen noch besser im Interesse der Gäste nachgehalten werden.

這家飯店非常舒適，地理位置優越，前往市中心和第比利斯的主要景點都很方便。房間乾淨舒適，景色優美。這次我們入住的房間有法式陽台；上次我預訂的是一個可以俯瞰河流的更大陽台。早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒。我特別要感謝前台的艾琳娜，她非常熱情周到，總是樂於助人。多虧了她的細心和照顧，我們的住宿體驗才如此舒適。非常感謝！我向所有尋求舒適住宿和真正格魯吉亞式熱情好客體驗的人推薦這家酒店。
