Usually I travel for business. This time it was a vacation trip with my wife. First rime in Sakartvelo/Georgia, first time in Tbilisi. Given the price of the hotel, I had higher expectations. But seeing other places around, I think the hotel gives a good “value for money”. The staff is very friendly (there are only two people there- the reception guy and the breakfast chef girl). The hotel and the room is clean, although the furniture and decor sometimes shows sign of wear. After the friendliness of the staff, location is the best thing about the hotel. An old and cranky bed is the worst thing :) The strangest thing os that breakfast is served starting from 9:00 - too late for tourists like us who want to go on a day trip with one of the many tourist tour companies- all day tours start at 9:00. Fortunately the breakfast chef was kind enough to serve us 20 min earlier, and thanks to the perfect location of the hotel we could make it to the tour in time. For those who like the charm of the old city, dining out, walking- the hotel location is just great. Also next to Liberty square and the Metro station- 3 stops away from the railway station.

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt von Tiflis und man kann von hier alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Den Stil des Hotels könnte man als "kitschig" beschreiben. Es passt aber alles recht gut zusammen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einzig das Frühstück ist eher mittelmäßig. Das könnte man sich sparen, da es in der Umgebung genügend Cafes und Bäckereien gibt. Aber ansonsten gibt es an dem Hotel nichts auszusetzen.

A tiny hotel with great location and fantastic and super helpful staff at the reception. The only hitches are the room is tiny and the beds are not comfortable and the noise from the street is pretty noisy till wee hours. Location and the staff of the hotel truly is the best feature of the hotel.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights. The room was very clean, large and quiet. The breakfast is good and staff is very polite. You can feel like at your home. The hotel is very near to city center and you can go everywhere by walking. We hope to visit again.

A very beautiful place. This is a very nice place with nice staff. Useful location. All objects of interest are within walking distance. The clean rooms and polite, helpful attitude won my heart. They helped me buy tickets to a very rare dance show. When I lost my camera, they tried their best to help me find it.
