22/06/'25 tarihinde bir gece kalmak için giriş yaptık..Aviator signature adlı odada harika deneyimler yaşadık,bizi çok mutlu etti tekrar tekrar gelmek isterim.Otelde çok farklı ve harika Tiflisin en iyi ve farklı otellerinden bence..Herkese tavsiye ediyorum ,içerisinde çok mutlu olabilir ve harika deneyimler yaşayabilir,farklı lezzetler deneyimleyebilirsiniz.Akşam yemeğinde hamburger yemiştim sadece o çok kötüydü ancak puan kırmıyorum mekanın güzelliğinden🌸

I’d like to share my extremely negative experience at Stamba hotel. Stayed there for four nights and was robbed during my stay.. Someone from the staff has stolen my watch which was carefully placed in the plastic small bag and tucked deeply in my Chanel purse. The rest of the belongings remained untouched. I didn’t want to accuse the hotel staff on the robbery at the first and tried to ask them delicately if they might have found my watch by chance. The answer was “no”, though I could see approximate item whereabouts by the miniature built in gps.. I knew for a hundred percent that I enter the hotel with my watch in the bag and left it without one. Unfortunately I discovered the loss only before my check-out and didn’t have the time to pursue the matter on the spot, hoping that the upscale hotel could sort it out within the employees.. They couldn’t, and judging by their answer on my email they hadn’t even tried to investigate my report. I doubt that anyone bothered to have a look at the CCTV footage, let alone to question the housekeeping. Now I want to let to know everyone that the hotel staff are thefts and the management doesn’t bother to solve the problem. In all my life this is the very first time that I run into such negligence from so called “five star” hotel -absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable situation.

This is a truly amazing experience. I highly recommend the hotel and if you have the opportunity, you need to visit it and stay there at least for short time. I stayed for 1 night but choosing the best room and it was a true pleasure. Also the staff is always willing to help.

在我八月住的房間裡，房間很冷，淋浴時熱水供應也很困難。如果想在金色浴池裡拍出美照，並且身處有氛圍的地方，這家酒店還是不錯的，但是我仍然不建議預訂超過 1 天的房間。早餐比較差，菜單上沒有簡單的水煮蛋，也沒有自助餐。服務員很有禮貌，而且非常整潔。至於領導的政策，這很奇怪，也許只是與斯拉夫人有關。 2024 年 12 月 19 日我的外套從聯合辦公區消失了，我不得不報警，警察找到了罪魁禍首，Stamba 在 16 小時後歸還了外套🤦​​堡，但同一個 Stamba 並沒有給我拿走我外套的人的姓名或聯繫方式（我還被拒絕賠償乾洗費用和強制出租車費用）。我要求與管理層會面，他們告訴我，如果主管認為有必要，他會與我會面......所有這些加在一起，讓我不願意來。
