Это замечательный гостеприимный отель с прекрасным месторасположением на шикарной улице с окнами, выходящими на эту улицу. Потолки - 5 метров)) а на заднем дворе можно насладиться аутентичной Грузией. Рядом шикарный парк с кипарисами и вокруг восхитительная еда. Так же в отеле есть замечательная кухня и прачечная для самостоятельного использования)

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, close to major tourist attractions, and is budget-friendly. The manager, Roman, is kind and friendly. The sheets were clean, and the room was generally well-maintained. Cons: The walls are quite thin, so you may hear noise from neighbors and the street at night. The toilets could be cleaner. Overall: A great budget-friendly hotel with good value for money.

Отель конечно уставший, но в принципе частенько. Очень гостеприимно встретили, большой плюс наличие кухни и стиралки. Последней воспользоваться не получилось отключили воду, но это не вина отеля во всем квартале не было воды.

I didnt plan to stay at this hotel but due to a last minute decison i chose to stay there for 5 nights then extended it to another 4 more nights because I felt at home. The location is a 15-minute walk to the peace bridge and Freedom square. Right in front the hotel is a long line of restaurants . A minimarr is not to far away and taxis comes almost to the door. The careraker/manager Roman was quite helpful and was there in seconds ro help, always. The room had a mini fridge, kettle, tv and you had access to the main kitchen ifyou need to cooknor use the microwave. My room was quiet at night qnd had ample heating/ac. I lacked nothing. I will highly recommend this hotel.
