This property has three separate living spaces, each with its own private area. While these spaces are detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see other guests outside. Our cleaning team is thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every guest arrives to a fresh and spotless home. ★ SHARED PARKING AND WALKWAYS ★ The Lofty Lodge is a detached guesthouse on the northwest side of the main home. This property has three separate living spaces, each with its own private area. While these spaces are all detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see other guests outside. The large shared parking area accommodates up to two vehicles for the Lofty Lodge guests. The parking area is shared with guests from the main house and detached tiny home, ensuring plenty of space and easy access. Please follow the parking instructions provided at check-in to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. ★ PETS ALLOWED ★ You’re welcome to bring along your furry family members! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, you must include all pets in your reservation and complete the pet fee payment prior to check-in. The Lofty Lodge is suitable to accommodate pets, but please note that access to the yard is not permitted. However, there is a park directly across the street where you’re welcome to take your pets. Just be sure to keep them on a leash, as it is not a designated dog park. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS ★ We ask you to treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be confirmed with the host and any extra guest fees must be paid, if applicable, before arrival. If you plan to bring more than 2 guests, an extra guest fee of $20 per person per day applies for any additional guests ages 2 and up. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking during your stay! Any smoking evidence will incur a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ For the safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, our property has four cameras: two overlooking the shared parking area, one monitoring the front yard/street, and one facing the patio area. Please note that these cameras are solely for security purposes and to enforce house rules. They are not actively monitored unless there is a safety concern or security issue. We prioritize the privacy of our guests and do not use these cameras for any other purpose. Your privacy and comfort are important to us.
