Una casa colonial convertida en hotel boutique. Excelente atención, inmejorable ubicación a una cuadra del centro, rodeado de tienditas y centro joyero. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y amplias, algunas con vista a la iglesia. Muy recomendable

El hotel no está a pie de calle, por lo que tuve que subir bastantes escaleras con mis maletas (soy una persona de tercera edad), y nadie del hotel estuvo para apoyarme, no tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y las habitaciones no tienen una adecuada ventilación, el colchón es malísimo, muy duro e incómodo, pagué 2 noches y solo utilicé una noche

Muy bien ubicado. Agradable la estancia. Bien cuidado el establecimiento. El problema no estacionamiento y hubo que andar preguntando de su ubicación. Retirado.

Céntrico, bien localizado. Buen servicio del personal y el lugar muy acogedor.

Stayed with my wife at “Secreto de Amor” (room 4). My sisters-in-law stayed at “Los Recuerdos” (room 5) and my brothers-in-law at “El Estudio”. Check-in was December 30 and check-out January the 1st. It is a cozy place one block from the center (zocalo) with friendly staff. Being so close to all the action also made it a little noisy at night. We had some minor issues with the room: -pillows were too soft, so had to barrow a couple from the room next door. -no direct access to the balcony as the other two rooms. We had to ascend 12 steps. -bathroom door was out of frame and did not close correctly. -toilet had an annoyingly hard button to flush. If we had stayed at El Estudio I would have graded this review as Excellent, as that room didn’t have any of the aforementioned flaws and even had a refrigerator (which we lacked). El Estudio is slightly more expensive, but worth it. It is a good spot to watch the New Year fireworks, but not handicapped friendly at all.

The property is quint and centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The panoramic view from the balcony is beautiful and breathtaking. Two items of mild concern, the flight of stairs that it takes to get to their rooms can be a bit debilitating, but well worth it. And make sure to alert the staff whenever the hot water runs out. Both aforementioned items would not deter us from returning to Mi Casita.
