Spend time in this 2400 square foot waterfront home on 2.5 acres. Sit back and enjoy Florida's aquatic wildlife including alligators, turtles, ducks, egrets, herons, osprey, and many more. Visit the Tavares Entertainment District only 5 minutes by car for restaurants and nightlife. Conveniently located .5 miles from the Tavares Dock and Marina and 10 minutes from the Harris Chain of Lakes docks for excellent fishing. The Big House and Hickory Point are within 5 miles. Local boat rentals, sea doos, and kayaks are available along with the Dora Queen paddle boat. Best of the Best
Property was a 10!!! Clean, spacious, great location.
Michael was most accommodating and gracious. Perfect rental for anyone fishing a tournament on Harris Chain.
Can't beat the location.

Great location
We were in town for the AVCA Small College Beach Championship, this is a perfect house that’s close to the venue. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect for central Florida visit
Great location, (close to Mt Dora, Eustis & Tavares) large house, extremely clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay, the screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, all while having multiple alligator sightings! The beds were comfortable and towels were nice and fluffy!! Would definitely return to this rustic but pleasant VRBO.

Best Stay!!!!
If you have a fishing tournament at Harris or Eustis or Dora this is the place. Griffin is a run in a boat. This was a great house. 2 bedroom's, 2 bath, 2 fold up couches. 4 people can stay with plenty of space. Pond in back. Easy 4 boats and was able to charge all of them at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house.

Fantastic stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, just a short drive to the entertainment district. We named the tamest alligator who enjoyed sunning on the bank, just a few feet from the enclosed patio, Chewy.
