Stay was great the only downfall was the beds . They were abit thin. Didn't have the best sleep but who does when they are away from their own bed. Shower in the sleepout was weird , you had to step up and out about 50cm high.But other than those things , check in was good , lounge area was comfortable, rooms we're as is .

Papamoa Great property! Appreciate the bbq and the kitchen was well appointed. We loved the location and the easy walk to beach. Wish we had been told about what to do with the trash upfront as it was a bit of a hassle to deal with.

Lovely place We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and provided everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, cutlery, and condiments, which made us feel right at home. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.The location is fantastic—just two streets away from Papamoa Beach, making it super convenient for beach trips. We especially appreciated the excellent facilities for washing and cleaning our car after spending time at the beach. Overall, it was a perfect getaway spot, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside stay!

Family group stay at Papamoa The property was a good choice for our family group of 7 adults. Separate bedrooms allowed the late risers some extra sleep time while the others made breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. The lounge and dining area are a good size and there are outdoor areas to utilise when the weather is fine. Supermarkets and fast food shops are a few minutes away.

Great Kiwi bach Great place and great location. Loved having the kids fully fenced in. If you are looking for a hot tub though, you're out of luck! Owner probably needs to update the listing.

The house includes the two main bedrooms and kids twin bedroom, with separate toilet and bathroom. The backyard sleepout includes a queen bed, ensuite toilet and shower, and kitchenette. Enjoy the well-stocked kitchen with gas hob, built in oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dual toaster, stovetop kettle, coffee plunger and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to feed the family. Enjoy complimentary plunger coffee and herbal teas, salt, pepper and oil for cooking on the gas hob top. A BBQ is also available for those warm summer nights. Fresh towels and linen are provided for guests in each room and the bathrooms come equipped with hand soap and towels. Entertain the family on those wet days with Netflix and the complimentary xbox, along with your regular television channels. The home is located on a quiet street just two blocks from Papamoa beach, very close to the central surf lifesaving flags.
