Really appreciated the prompt communications and great room. Perfect for what our family needed for the night. Would highly recommend! Bathroom refurbishment was excellent! Thank u Adele & Malcolm, great management ❤️

Staff are lovely. But room is very small for 4.Can only just squash all the beds in. The bathroom was the best bit very modern. Was disappointed we paid so much for possibly the saddest looking place on the street.

The apar**ent was looking very tired. Paint was flaking, shower leaked onto the floor and sofa needed replacing (material was torn on the arms and it did not provide good support). Overdue for a complete refurbishment. Room was only serviced once during our stay (3days).

Spa bath is a win but the property is getting old and you can see it, could do with some TLC. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful!

Staff called before we arrived and was rude. They demanded I update my phone number to the “right number” yet they was able to call me… that was weird. We got in after 9 PM and reception was closed so be sure to call ahead or check with them if you plan on getting in at a later time. They text you check in instructions. This wasn’t obvious from the property description. Parking is tight so be careful if you have a larger vehicle. Room itself is older, bed not comfortable, but it was large with a good view.

We booked for four people to stay in one of the units. That turned out to be a king double, a single in the lounge and a fold out couch. The couch was old, and when unfolded wouldn't fold flat as both the locking hinges on either side had been sheared off, and one hinge was held together by nothing but duct tape. It actually wasn't usable as a bed, but this was what we were given, and having arrived late at night had to make do as the office was closed. Absolutely unacceptable for the bumped-up price they charged! The staff while apologetic weren't able to do anything as they were managers, not the owners... The room was basic and clean, if rather tired and a faint musty smell seemed to linger from the walls. Think twice before staying here.

The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no facilities to dry damp clothing onsite.
