哈羅戴飯店(Holiday Hotel)

My girlfriend and I were bit up by bed bugs. Hotel management told me they were going to switch my room but But then they said that’s not our protocol and told me they were going to Teri my visit booking and told me they couldn’t refund my money I had all my money tied up in this room had no where ti go this was the worst hotel everthey would switch m

I have had better experience this was my worst Stay ever. My room was horrible, outside looked like a motel and inside was disgusting and a lot of molded baseboards

Did not show up at the hotel at all so how the hell can I have an "enjoyed my stay" . ****ed up. 

Hotel Velho e sem manutenção, lençóis furados e manchados além de baratas passeando pelo local. Mal frequentado pessoas que moram no hotel e fazem bagunça durante a noite. O checkin foi ótimo a atendente super educada e simpática mas o checkout foi ruim tivemos um problema pela manhã e a funcionária não demonstrou vontade para ajudar eu tive que chorar para que ela me emprestasse o telefone.

El lugar es para locales no turistas

Execellent service and always checking making sure we have towels and clean sheets or if we need anything they are right there accommodating us with whatever we need. Amazing service and employees:

Room had dirty sheets , towels and floor. Drug activity in 4 or more rooms. Undercover agents around property. Both times I stayed was the same way.

Not pet friendly. Non smoking room smells like cigarettes. Cigarette burns in linen. Great location.

There was only 2 lumpy pillows on each bed, only had 2 towels and no wash clothes, when I asked for more pillows and towels, only able to get 2 towels.
