Accueil exceptionnelle merci à toi Houda . Le personnel toujours disponible pour tous services. Chambres magnifiques avec le côté authentique c’est parfait. Petit déjeuner au top des tops. Piscine agréable et bonne ambiance tout autour. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins. J’ai joué pour la première fois au Monopoly et j’ai adoré. Bref ce palais est à recommander. Rien à redire . Tout est parfait. Encore merci pour tout.

Nous sommes venus déjeuner….. et nous avons ADORÉ tout d’abord le lieu au calme au frais au bruit de l’eau des fontaines puis le déjeuner tout en finesse et en saveur une entrée très fraîche avec de l’avocat et du quinoa puis un vrai poulet aux citrons confits…. très acidulé et très bon et pour finir un fondant au chocolat…… une tuerie Merci pour ce moment de zenitude et bravo à la jeune cuisinière

C'est un endroit magique. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse. La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. Le repas est à la hauteur du lieu. Personnel à l'ecoute. Cet hôtel repond à tout ce que l'on peut rêver d'un hébergement au Maroc. A recommander absolument.

This hotel has an unprepossessing entrance off a back street in central Taroudant but as soon as you walk inside you are in Paradise! The cool courtyard with its fountains, trees and pool provide a perfect place to sit and relax after a day travelling or exploring. Around the courtyard are sitting rooms with fires lit in the evening (in February) and, on one night the four of us dined in one of these rooms with candlelight - it was magical. The food is excellent, and the bedrooms very comfortable and well-furnished. What makes this hotel exceptional however is the staff. They are mostly young, bright, cheerful, speak excellent English and take pains to ensure you have all you need. We had one night in this hotel on our way south and another three days later as we returned northwards when we were greeted like returning friends by the delightful and professionally competent staff. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This was such a lovely hotel with staff who couldn’t have been more hospitable. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and it’s well-located near the souk. We mentioned that it was our daughter’s birthday when we arrived and they surprised her with a cake and candles after dinner. Terrific breakfast and good coffee, too.

Après une longue attente suite au conditions sanitaires, enfin, le palais Oumensour on l'a visité pendant une semaine. Un havre de paix dans un décor enchanteur. Certe magnifique, mais sans une équipe motivée il ne serait pas un palais. Le personnel est au top, attentionné, passionné, toujours présent à vos demandes. La mise en place des tables pour les repas est réalisée avec amour et passion . En cuisine c'est de même pour préparer de délicieux mets variés. A faire et à refaire si vous passez par Taroudant.
