克薩爾班約瑟夫飯店

J'ai bien aimé cet hôtel. Notre chambre était parfaite, très grande, avec 2 lits très confortables. La clim fonctionnait très bien, un peu trop même, heureusement qu'il y avait plusieurs couvertures. La douche était puissante et chaude, et le tout était très propre. Les jardins sont très beaux. La piscine n'était pas ouverte lors de notre passage, mais nous avons quand même pu relaxer sur un transat. Nous ne sommes pas sorties, et nos collègues nous ont dit que la ville était assez loin à pieds. Le souper était délicieux! Nous avons très bien mangé, et le repas était très diversifié avec viande et poulet, et plein de légumes.

Suite à un contretemps nous avons dû demander l annulation qui nous a été acceptée sans frais. Merci beaucoup à l établissement pour sa compréhension et sa gentillesse car il n étais pasobligéd accepter! Nous reviendrons dès que possible. Caroline

Although the outside of the hotel is beautiful, and well manicured, everything else leaves some thing to be desired. The food is absolutely horrible and they have absolutely no vegetarian or pescatarian options for a meal and there’s nowhere close to go to have a meal. The rooms are meager I nearly got electrocuted from a live wire in the bathroom! It was sticking out of the hairdryer attachment to the wall and when I reach to get the hairdryer, it shocked me pretty good. Needs to say this is not somewhere I would ever come back to.

We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel during a guided tour of Morocco. I would have loved to stay longer! A lovely hotel in a quiet area. Spotlessly clean. Lovely, fresh modern communal areas, including a lovely pool area and spacious comfortable rooms. The food offering was very good and the staff were pleasant and efficient. In a different league from a couple of the other hotels we stayed in which were supposed to be a comparable standard!

I’m a former Peace Corps volunteer from the mountains outside Ouarzazate. I have just come from a trip back to the village and I was dirty and sweaty and tired, along with my teenage son. It took a while to sift the reviews of many many hotels in Ouarzazate. There are so many that are dilapidated and dirty. I wanted a clean hotel with a pool at a good price. I am delighted with Ksar Ben Youssef. It is new construction, super clean, well-maintained, with a delightful staff. The food is great. I am now refreshed and relaxed. My teenage son loves it, too. Thank you for this wonderful oasis.
