Dump is an understatement - booked by phone sight unseen the Taree Motor Inn should be demolished - floor under dirty carpet has dipped areas (not good for crook ankles), aircon is stuffed, bathroom 1m x 3m is filthy, toilet paper seal is just placed on seat without toilet being cleaned, cracked basin, loose tap assembly - just and absolute filthy hobble.

Very dated room showing the signs of the flooding experienced at this location. Extremely noisy bathroom fan and fridge. Curtains do not close properly and the air conditioner rattles badly. Took a while to find the light switch for the "living room" as it is hidden when the bathroom door is open. Be sure to check what you are charged as extra amounts can be added to your account.

Profit is generated by passion . We stayed in a room where the bathroom door would not close properly ! How much would it cost to shave a bit off the frame! The bathroom sink has a large crack in it! Again a low cost fix! The tap flops when you turn it on🤦🏻‍♂️! Come on guys it just needs a spammer! Then there’s the sitting area couch… the springs jump out and bite you in the bum! It’s impossible to sit down and enjoy a bit of TV. Honestly, are these people interested in building a business or are they looking to make a quick buck!!

Bed looked nice and big went to get another pillow out of the cupboard and found sheets inside with urine on them 🤮 The microwave had a cup of made coffee in it most likely from the guests that stayed before us. A health inspector should really have a look at this place because it shouldn't be open to the public. (Just Look at all the bad reviews on ***********) The manager at the service asked us not to write a review about our experience and told us he would give us back some money on our stay well he offered us a $15 refund🤔 Hopefully this helps people make better choices so they dont have to be disappointed and don't waste your money ... Hopefully the management will fix this place up otherwise I don't think it will be open much longer.

was stopping here on trip back to Canberra, was the only place available and photos looked good but I should have read the reviews. It was absolutely disgusting, dirty walls, benchtop, cupboards broken, lights not working. curtains would not close, there was no where I could put my bag so left in the car. The shower felt like I was getting into a physo movie with the curtain, their was no water pressure and pumps were so loud it sounded like thunder. Air con in the wall was so loud I could not here the TV. The TV turns itself off at 10.30pm. I couldn't fully close the curtains which was outside the deck area for the guests, no privacy. No ID checked on arrival or registration details taken. Never stayed anywhere as bad as this in my life and will never return. should be shut down.

Older style motel, the room was a reasonable size and clean and tidy. Like many older motels it needs repainting and refurbishment. There were gaps around the door, the shower aging, no skirting boards in the room and just old. The outside areas were a disgrace, the carpark bumpy and potholed, the gardens were dirty, full of rubbish and overgrown with with weeds and lots of dead plants. The garden walls were all damaged and crumbling away. The building was old and dirty, the stairs to get to the first floor were dangerous and the timber was starting to rot. The pool was cleanish. Good location but the owners really need to at least cleanup the outside and do many repairs. Nice people who were friendly.
