truly awful service in a gorgeous looking hotel. 25 mins from Taormina which becomes a bit of a ball ache with errors in booking spaces in the shuttle - when you’re booked in late at night and they’ve double booked spaces - there’s no way of walking back or sorting it and the hotel do not know how to handle it. Upon checkout we were not asked for feedback or if we had enjoyed our stay - he thrust the internal iPad into our hands with lifetime spend and loyalty category on - we are not supposed to see this. We got no tour upon check in or information about breakfast or the spa or anything. The concierge was not able to secure ANY reservations at all. Dinner at the restaurant on Easter Sunday was dire - we left early as did two other tables. Honestly this was a shambles of a hotel with unfriendly staff in every area. We categorically will not be back. We had stayed in July 2022 and loved it but it was like staying in a different hotel.

We only stayed here our last night and instantly regretted not staying here the entire time. Already planning our return! From the minute you arrive, you step into the most beautiful spot. The beach is beautiful, pool views are incredible and the hospitality is top tier. We had the most incredible seaside lunch with fresh lobster pasta. The breakfast spread has the most fresh cheeses and Italian breakfast items. This is worth the splurge and you deserve the best things. It is pricey but worth it! Thank you for the hospitality VA, we’ll be back!

Wenn jemand Luxus, Erholung, Authentizität aber doch ein familiäres Ambiente sucht ist er hier absolut richtig. Die Zimmer sind/werden renoviert, die Gastronomie ist klein und fein aber das Highlight sind meiner Meinung nach das Personal. Nicht zu vergessen das Schwesterhotel Timeo in der Stadt oben welches die fantastische Lage direkt am Meer ergänzt. Selbst das Gym hat jetzt eine annehmbare Grösse und sogar einen kleinen Aussenbereich. Immer wieder gerne dort!
