This was a magical hotel. Visited on my honeymoon and we wished we could've stayed longer. We will be back! Francesco the server was a gem. Franco by the pool was so helpful. The views were stunning! It was all quite luxurious.

The staff at Mazzaro Sea Palace went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I am rarely impressed by a hotel as much as I was here.
The service is what really shined the most. The airline lost my wife's suitcase and the hotel continued to call them and arranged everything to get the bag picked up and transported to our room. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as well with great restaurant recommendations.
We didn't particularly enjoy Toarmina's selection of restaurants unfortunately which put a big damper on the trip but the hotel itself was awesome!!

The room we had smelled like mildew and mold , we then moved to a room that was next to the generator and it sounded as if a jet plane was taking off and finally the third room had the oldest and dirtiest carpet - it was also next to the bar and there was constant noise . Overall the wood is chipped on the wainscotting everywhere and it a very tired and old hotel falling apart Hotel . The view is beautiful snd the concierge staff excellent .

The best beach setting in Taormina! Very pretty beach and dining terrace. All staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. We had a large room on the top floor that was always well cleaned and fresh. The breakfast area was very pleasant.
