Great location. Decent rooms. But, mediocre service. They didn’t have stable internet on the second day of our stay for which I had to reschedule my work calls till the next day. When I requested for a late check out next day so that I could attend my work calls, they said I’ll have to pay 50 euros for it. They don’t have a front desk so when we got there we realised the place had lockboxes and we didn’t receive any information about that either. We had to contact them upon arrival and then they gave us the info.

The location was great. The problems were on the inside. The room had so many ants and the air conditioning barely worked. Our fridge didn’t work at all for the entirety of our stay. The lights in the room are all bare light bulbs with no lampshades whatsoever. Truly bizarre.
The ants were so bad we woke up in the morning to ants crawling on us in the bed.
Overall terrible value for the price paid. Would not recommend or stay here again. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that it is in a great location.

Al Duomo is not a hotel. In fact it has no reception. Everything is done by secure email. Piazza Duomo is the most charming piazza in Taormina with full of restaurants. Right next to the Piazza is Al Duomo Rooms & Flats. Room is clean, functional, and has a view of the Piazza. No elevator but we did not mind. Some hotels charge thousand euros per night. Not sure why. I prefer this place over The Belmond. It is not because of the price. It is cause I was able to sleep late two days in a row. When I am in Taormina Al Duomo Rooms & Flats is my place to stay.

Ho trovato le stanze molto comode. Tutto molto sistemato, una stupenda vista sull'Etna e sul meraviglioso mare celeste. In un ottima posizione vicino a porta Catania, si affaccia sulla piazza del duomo che da accesso al corso principale. Inoltre possiede un innovativo sistema di codici per porte e portone d'ingresso facile da ricordare

Posizione ottimale, all'inizio del corso, vicino a negozi. Stanza grande (appartamento) e molto comoda. Bel terrazzo, bella vista sulla piazza del duomo. Unico appunto: il climatizzatore (aria calda) necessita di un controllo tecnico perché rumoroso come un elicottero al decollo. + isolamento acustico far le stanze inesistente: si sentiva respirare il vicino. Il punto di forza è la posizione. parcheggio di Porta Catania a 5 minuti a piedi.

Beautiful place to stay , clean ,very big and well designed room with a nice veranda . Al Duomo has paid attention to details . We used their locker to leave our luggage after checking out so we had time to take the cable car and go down to the beach.We had a marvellous staying!

The property is really well located in Taormina! The interior is well decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The host is very helpful and always there to assist.

Great location, bang on in the center of Taormina. Spacious room, very clean and modern. Our room had a terrace overlooking the square which was a big plus. Airconditioned, comfy bed, great facilities.

Really nice flat in the center of taormina. The house is very pretty and the staff is very kind and helpful, totally recomend, very clean and very good flat, im looking forward to go there again, recomend.
