Great location and enough space. Rooms were well cleaned. Quite satisfied at all.

Great location. Decent rooms. But, mediocre service. They didn’t have stable internet on the second day of our stay for which I had to reschedule my work calls till the next day. When I requested for a late check out next day so that I could attend my work calls, they said I’ll have to pay 50 euros for it. They don’t have a front desk so when we got there we realised the place had lockboxes and we didn’t receive any information about that either. We had to contact them upon arrival and then they gave us the info.

El apartamento se encuentra en una ubicación espectacular hacia el duomo de la ciudad. Es un lugar muy amplio, ideal para una familia. Cuenta con limipieza diaria y cambio de todlas si se solicita. La comunicación con los dueños fue muy fluida y estuvieron siempre presentes, haciendo muy fácil la instalación. Taormina es una ciudad para ser caminada y el lugar del apartamento es justo para eso. Dejar el auto en el estacionamiento y transitar la ciudad desde el costado del duomo, donde se encuentra el ingreso al apartamento.

We stayed here for 4 nights in November 2024 and were very pleased with the accommodations. The room we had (#3) was simple but clean and had everything we needed. The best feature of this was its location, right by the Duomo. We were just a few steps to a beautiful sea view, close to a few restaurants in the square, and a very short distance to the major shopping/tourist street. We were also very close to the beautiful San Domenico Palace (hotel). This is a small place with just a few rooms (maybe 4) plus two apartments. The challenges -- we were on the top floor: one flight up from the street entrance to the first floor, then another up to the second floor where our room was. We are older and it was a challenge to get our luggage upstairs. Also, there is no desk or anyone to help at the property, it is definitely an independent apartment/room. However, we managed that and loved the location. While simple, this is a good value. Other than the luggage challenge, I would definitely stay here again. I still might with the luggage problem, but that memory is still fresh!

Ottima posizione vicino al duomo ed al parcheggio. Camera pulita e confortevole. Peccato per assenza riscaldamento in bagno, fon poco funzionale, qualche difficoltà per lasciare bagagli dopo il check out

Al Duomo is not a hotel. In fact it has no reception. Everything is done by secure email. Piazza Duomo is the most charming piazza in Taormina with full of restaurants. Right next to the Piazza is Al Duomo Rooms & Flats. Room is clean, functional, and has a view of the Piazza. No elevator but we did not mind. Some hotels charge thousand euros per night. Not sure why. I prefer this place over The Belmond. It is not because of the price. It is cause I was able to sleep late two days in a row. When I am in Taormina Al Duomo Rooms & Flats is my place to stay.
