阿什比飯店(The Ashbee Hotel)

Albergo molto bello in pieno centro a Taormina. Servizi positivi, l’unica pecca essendo un 5 stelle aver richiamato una sola volta la reception per la pulizia

Muy buena situación (acceso sencillo, parking, etc.), piscina algo pequeña, habitaciones correctas con baño algo justo. Buena calidad del sueño. Servicio algo seco, salvo el Director, y no suficientemente servicial e informado. Estupendo restaurante gastronómico, aunque con la rigidez de montar el servicio solo en la terraza, que si hace frío o humedad (a principios de junio ambas situaciones) hace incómoda la velada.

This hotel is recommended as a Fine Hotel and Resort with American Express. The hotel does not deliver that kind of experience. When we arrived at midnight in the pouring rain there was only one person on the staff available to help 4 of us get our luggage up to our rooms on the second and third floor with no elevator. We are in our 70's. Our bathroom shower flooded the room every night and no one was interested in fixing it. We were there 5 nights and spoke with three people about the shower problem. It was very slippery and dangerous situation for my husband and I. They are more interested in their Michelin Restaurant on the property than their guests staying there. After breakfast there is no food service unless you want to get lite bites at the pool. It is difficult to get a cocktail. Like I said they are all about the Michelin Restaurant and not their hotel guests. This was very disappointing service that you would not expect at this highly rated hotel. Stay somewhere else if you want good service and attention. When we checked out they didn't even know what room we were in. The only good thing I can say is breakfast was good and the view was nice. Don't stay here it is not worth the price. There are too many other wonderful choices and you will not get your moneys worth at this hotel.

Camera 28, family suite su due piani: 2 stanze, 2 bagni una Jacuzzi ed un salottino, bella, bene illuminata e attrezzata di tutto punto, peccato che sia rumorosa perché due lati sono direttamente sull’ unica strada di ingresso di Taormina. Colazione ottima su un bellissimo terrazzo veranda con una vista pazzesca verso lo stretto di Messina. Piscina “infinity pool” con vista mozzafiato, ma in questa zona (dove c’è un servizio bar ristorante) ci sono alcune carenze: la piscina ha una ampia striscia nera a livello dell acqua (una bella spazzolata e sarebbe a posto) moltissime piastrelline che mancano. Sulle sdraio attorno alla piscina vengono lasciati gli asciugamani e lo staff non se ne cura. Servizio di questo bar è lento, forse dovuto alla distanza dalle cucine. Ma a parte questi piccoli miglioramenti lo staff e L intero ambiente creano una vacanza rilassata che rifarei volentieri. Un ringraziamento particolare al Maitre Andrea e al direttore Francesco che hanno saputo amichevolmente ma professionalmente darci una serie di validi suggerimenti.

Nos hemos alojado en este hotel después de una ruta por Sicilia. Nos ha encantado por trat**** de un hotel pequeño como una antigua Villa inglesa, muy acogedora y decorada con gusto. Muy tranquilo porque se encuentra situado fuera de la puerta de entrada a Taormina, a escasos 200 metros, pero lo suficiente para evitar el trajín de los turistas. El jardín muy bien cuidado y el personal muy amable. Volvería otra vez sin dudarlo.

Location incantevole ed elegante, staff giovane e premuroso, servizi eccellenti, il top a Taormina. Marco ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e si è assicurato che tutto fosse impeccabile. Un punto di riferimento tra i migliori alberghi in Sicilia.

Très bel hôtel, accueil impeccable, chambre très belle, jardin super mais quel déception pour le restaurant. Il est ouvert pour les clients extérieurs à l’hôtel et est complet, j’ai toujours trouvé dérangeant de ne pas avoir une priorité ou des tables prévues pour les résidents. Le bémol de l’hôtel.
