Sesuka itu dan sangat amazed dengan pelayanan dari para staff!!! Keren bgt!! Bener-bener ramah dan super helpful.. kamar juga cukup luas dan very worth it cocok utk staycation bawa kids

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had business to take care of while in Jakarta and this Hotel was only ten minutes away. They have 24 hour room service and a delicious menu, which was great because I was up at odd times dealing with jet lag. There is also a grocery store next door. The staff are very kind and the room was very clean.

The room is clean. I like the breakfast..it has a good spread ranging from local to western dishes.

Staying in hotels with 2 active kids under 7yo most often a challenge for parents to keep kids entertained. Found this new hotel , and tried for our stay🥰 the concept is a Bird Aviary, my kids had so much fun here. On weekends around 9 am we can feed and play with cute birds😍 the breakfast spread is amazing, giving it was weekdays (not weekend). Staff are helpful and very nice. Reviewed it on my instagram, coz we really enjoyed our stay in Aviary Hotel Bintaro. Branding, merch, concept is excellent! The pool is in the rooftop, and the depths of some of it is only 80cm‼️ deep enough for adults to swim, but safe for my 4 years old to stand in the pool, so i could relax for a bit🥰 they have playground and gym too. Will be back for sure!

My experience at Aviary gave me peace of mind while recovering from surgery. Meta became my P.A. running up and down arranging scripts for medicines and liaising with Dr Tompi. Housekeeping speaks fluent English and tidies the Jr. Suite in a flash! Special requests like leaving the bed untucked were followed through daily. Great food and beverage selection with courteous staff that became friends. Western food selection was amazing but do try the street food - it's scrumptious! I was greeted using my first name in restaurant and lobby which made me feel very welcome! Porters unpacked my baggage when I wadnt sble to. Staff FLY the extra MILE AT THE AVIARY HOTEL!
