唐格朗鄰近Al-AZhom Mosque的飯店

這家酒店必須點贊，去印尼多次，一直嫌棄機場附近的酒店太差了，直到入住此酒店，房間有點類似國內的全季，但床品更舒服，非常乾淨，服務態度也特別好，關鍵是裏機場很近，還沒噪音，去雅加達想住機場附近的真心推薦

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

房間很滿意，環境優美，泳池很漂亮，設施齊全，空調稍微有點噪音，其他方方面都不錯，房間很大，整體來說很不錯

在開完一天的商務會議後入住,迫不及待地想休息一下,只爲洗澡,喝杯好咖啡...,最後我到達了嘉定瑟朋名酒店。我喜歡酒店,尤其是顏色和音樂,在入住過程中一切都進行得很順利,在FO工作人員旁邊站着一位年輕的女士,傾聽和觀察所有過程。第二天我在大堂又見到了她,她走近我,只是打個招呼,溫柔地問我的經歷和反饋,同時她一邊喝咖啡一邊看着我,儘管她知道我已經吃完早餐了。我知道她非常瞭解與著名的酒店加丁塞蓬合作,但她(艾倫)對公司來說是非常重要的資產。我寫這個反饋不是因爲她爲我喝了一杯咖啡。她真的展示了她作爲酒店員工的角色。很高興認識你,艾倫,我會回來謝謝你的熱情款待。

房間寬敞舒適,工作人員也親切。我在那裏呆了2天,因爲我和在唐格朗的女朋友有生意。我覺得地方很有戰略意義,但是主燈不夠亮。希望可以再次入住這裏~

Jericho is amazing. So frindly and helpful. Made our stay at this place wonderful. Thank you again! Hotel is very very clean and nice to stay. Well located as well. Some nice restaurants nearby. Stuff was great and nice. See you all again soon.

Great experienced for staying in osaka hotel pik 2, good hospitality, the room is super clean and good, staff is very helpful , especially for their FO named Ms. Okti. I really enjoyed this hotel and i will be back again

I was here for transit. The hotel near the airport (20 mins). The staff was helpful and my room was clean. Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t provide suttle.

I don't know know to say that anymore, wowwww. This is a second time we stayed at sapphire sky hotel. They staff always give it warm wellcome when we arrive at the hotel. And also all staff well doing standart procedure during covid pandemic. Well done sapphire keep it up !!
