酒店位置相當好，與大巴車站僅隔着一個大花園，下車右拐走，約5分鐘就看到酒店招牌，門前有大松樹。複式房間很温馨。上下房間層高都很高高，都有窗户可看風景。樓梯寬，上下方便，上下都有寬敞衞生間。早餐不錯。

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small. but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

Location at Tanah Rata. Scary parking basement. Surrounded with lots of shop, bank and eateries. Breakfast was good and tasty. Location of room is not good, in front of maintanence room. No balcony. Room a bit dusty, bedsheet is not clean (but housekeeper changed upon request). Room has no carpet, very cold at night.

I am happy they give me room with bathtub as request. Room location was on 4th floor facing the mountain. Very beautiful view with fresh air. But there were blood stain (dots) on my bedsheet corner. Just small but still unacceptable. Furnitures were old and dirty too. The wing chair full of dust. I know the hotel itself was old but i hope they maintain it well. I love this hotel been here several times i hope they improved the services. Breakfast spread also not as nice as before. Less food choice. Maybe they cut the budget.

Staff is friendly and honest. breakfast and steamboat dinner superb delicious. only wifi currently slow at room 105. Room is spacious and have bathtub. My kids love to play and run because of the space.
