Don’t bother security blokes rude and call people names when they are in the wrong. Believe this is a site for refugees all outside looking at why you are there and making comments also disgusting Police presence I would not use shame for those using the snow dome also

Stayed one night the room was good as were the helpful staff and the breakfast was ok to, it’s close to everything and the snow dome is right next door, but outside of the hotel grounds can be a bit grubby and wouldn’t want to walk around at night. Good hotel for a one night stopover.

This is a very nice hotel, good location and wonderful staff, our room clean, modern with good facilities and a very comfortable bed, breakfast was excellent with plenty of very friendly staff more than willing to help with any concerns. My only criticism would be the evening bar, the hotel was full and nearby there was a music concert, so when we all arrived back at the same time there was only one member of staff on the bar of the 4 draft options 2 were off and a third didn't last long, and the fridge stock wasn't much better. Knowing the hotel is full and with a concert next door you would have thought someone in management would have thought ahead and made sure things were stocked and staffed for the rush
