Comfy hotel and friendly staff, and good continental breakfast

Top Hotel, mit einer sehr guten Lage und einem tollen modernen Zimmer.

I booked this hotel informing them that my family needed the sofa bed made up. It wasn’t when we arrived. I went down to ask the front desk to make it up, and they said fine. We went to dinner and when we returned the front desk said it was done…we went to the room and what someone did was to throw the sheets onto the sofa, which hadn’t even been opened. No pillow. Throughout the stay, litttle signs that it’s not well run: you can’t be dropped off in front because the valet service clogs up BOTH lanes; we had to wait like ten minutes, after a long flight. The ice water dispenser in the lobby remained empty as we waited there in the morning. Not a place I would go back to.

Tried to book a room for December 29th and I made a mistake and I made it for Jan29th ,now the hotel management has decided they can not refund my money, you should be ashamed,of yourself, I’ll never ever book another hotel room on any of your locations, policies are made to be changed and making mistakes is what makes us human, please educate yourself about Amazon customer obsession principles, don’t ever take your customers.for granted

Muy mala atencion. Nos dieron mal los horarios del desayuno y nos quedamos sin desayunar el 25 de dic con mis hijos pequenos y todo alrededor estaba cerrado. El parqueo es pagado $36 diarios mas los tips, eso deberian incluirlo en la tarifa, porque es un engano.

Aamupala on todella huono ja useampi tarjolla oleva tuote loppui ensimmäisen 1h aikana eikä erikoisruokavalioita oteta huomioon (gluten free) Myöskään tuoteselosteita ei ollut aamupalalla. Pöytiä ei siivottu ja aamupalapaikka oli likainen ja epämiellyttävä.

Our room floor was not as clean as I would have liked & it’s ridiculous that the shower area is not separate from the sink/getting ready area. It’s completely open & not convenient when a family of 4 is staying in one room

Check in was terrible because we had to use valet parking. Had dinner in the restaurant and they messed up our order (forgot to put in) waited over an hour. Dogs barking next to our room woke us multiple times.
