Hotel was comfortable. But they get deposit 100 usd and also charged 5 usd extra. When we asked 5 usd explanation they told us for parking and other services. This is really stupid.

I stayed overnight ahead of a cruise vacation. The hotel was clean, room and bathroom were spacious and well set up. I was able to walk across the parking lot to the Chipotle for dinner, though chose to bring it back to the hotel as it didn't seem like a place I'd want to sit and eat. As soon as I picked up my luggage at the airport, I called the direct hotel line and requested their free shuttle - they arrived in under 5 minutes!. The hotel then put me on a list to take the shuttle to the cruise port the next morning. That trip cost $10 per person one way, and the driver allowed passengers to book a $20 round trip ticket which would at the end of the cruise, either take you back to the hotel or straight to the airport. I found it really easy and convenient, and far less expensive than the cruise ship transfer or an uber/taxi. Their shuttle service was really easy to find at the end of the cruise and took me directly to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel had the usual assortment of hot and cold selections, I would say above average for hotel breakfast. I would return here in the future!

The stay was aweful. There were people having a party in the next room till 4 am. I called down to service to let them know, waited 20 minutes without a resolution. I was forced to knock and deal with drunk people because staff did not. The walls are thin, you can hear even steps from abject,worse stay ever

Recently stayed at this property. The location is convenient and the property is clean and well maintained. The hotel charged a USD 5 amenities fee to each room, although, my stay was already prepaid through *******. We were not aware of this additional charge.

The bedsheets was not washed. I had to get the sheets from the closet and sleep on the couch. I told the office about it and they said they would report it, but I didn’t even get a discount or anything not even half of my money back. I was very disappointed that no one even cared to make it right.

Desayuno excelente!! Esto fue lo más que me gustó Las habitaciones super cómodas No pude utilizar la piscina ya que estaba helada, podrían ponerle para el futuro un calentador De seguro regresaré!!

The rooms were clean. We didn't get to try the breakfast. Family of four but only had 3 bath towels in the room. Staff was not friendly or helpful.
