凱藝飯店-機場遊艇港(Quality Inn Airport - Cruise Port)

Very nice sweet people. Would absolutely recommend anyone stay here make sure you go at night i think his name is Darren and he is HILARIOUS will def go back if we make it back up that way.

Motel staff was always friendly to my wife and I. Motel is a little older but they keep it clean and comfortable. Cozy pool area. Enjoyed the shuttle service to the airport. Many good places to eat around as well as three good sized grocery stores. It’s not fancy but it’s safe, clean, and comfortable.

Overall, the property was nice the little outdated and rundown but it was a nice property. The staff was super friendly and helpful but they could not advise their guests and what to do in the area so for example, I asked what activities are there to do they really couldn’t tell me I can I had to do my own research which I think is a shame because if you work in a hotel should be able to tell them your guests

We stayed at this facility July 5 2023 for one night. First, the staff are amazing! It's a well oiled machine for folks staying for a cruise. The main reason my partner and I chose this property was for the airport and cruise port shuttle service. The staff made sure we knew every step of the process and gave us a map of the hotel and surrounding restaurants. We were able to eat, get last minute supplies from the nearby drug store and pack our emabarkation bags. The next morning, we had breakfast in the dining area. We had waffles, eggs, bacon and juice. We then walked to the local deli for a cuban sandwich. We were almost late checking out but the front desk staff called so we could be on time checking out. Again, the friendly and knowledgable staff really made for a beautiful start to our trip.

Solo nos quedamos una noche y no nos gustó la experiencia, el hotel estaba en construcción y no tenia lobby. Eso no se indicò en la reservación y para el precio no era justo

We stayed on the 2nd floor, my husband is handicapped when we took the elevator to the 2nd we had to carry our luggage down 4 steps, which is really stupid. The elevator was outside the building which means anybody can walk in from the outside. There was no place to sit for breakfast so we went to McDonalds. Could have used a trash can in the bathroom. Area was a bit sketchy. My husbands towel had a big stain on it and the towels felt like sandpaper. Would not recommend this facility

Stay at the property was good and rooms were snug and clean. Breakfast bar in morning is great and provides toast, condiments,bagel, and pancakes/waffles u can make for yourself.Theres a cereal bar, coffee and hotwater machine for tea, a juice and water machine, and eggs/bacon/sausage ready for self serve. Parking may be limited if too full but free and hotel has pool, gym, laundry, and shuttle service . Walking distance across the hotel and next to it are shops,food stores and restaurants easily available.

Two young men at the front desk are great! Very personable and friendly. They are both great assets to the hotel. Unfortunately there were very noisy guests at this hotel. Lots of people talking and gathering outside and walls must be paper thin because we heard lots of noise from neighboring rooms and upstairs. Room was clean but showed signs of age.
