My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Tampa and the Hilton Garden Inn was an amazing place to land. The room was beautiful and large, very comfortable sitting area, 2 TV’s and a fridge and microwave. The biggest plus was the beautiful jacuzzi that you can sit in and watch flights in and out of TPA. The front desk allowed us a late checkout which helped us get some more time in the spa.

We arrived at 9:30 AM think we would have to drop off our luggage and leave until check in at 3 but the staff said our room was ready and immediately let us check in. It was the best thing ever. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were not cleaned properly. The hot tub water smelled unclean. The water temperatures were not appropriate. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was warm not what a hot tub should be. If these hotel amenities are going to be open, then they should be useable. Clean warm pool water and hot clean water for the hot tub.

I checked in the accessible rooms with my 2 year old and the room smelled horrible and dirty carpet. It was a combination of sweat and dirt. We checked in late and were unable to switch rooms because I booked through a 3rd party. Not worth the amount I spent $165 and as a preferred member, I expected a clean and fresh room.
The restaurant staff were great and so was Steve who checked us in.

Front desk was able to get us in early as opposed to the normal 3pm check in. My husband and I arrived from the airport early at about 10am, so it was great to have been able to check in early. Front desk and housekeeping staff were awesome. Room was bigger than expected yay! Location of hotel was also a plus. We like to book hotels with shuttle service and are nearby the airport. Makes life so much easier! It was our first time at this hotel, and definitely won’t be the last. We will be back!

I was there only for 1 night and I came in late. TV controls do not work well with TV. I think it's the cable company you use as I had the same problem at the Hilton in Lake Mary over the Weekend. The TV guide is not interactive with the TV Control and was told by management that is how most of them are. Need a new cable company. Room was not that clean as I found hair in the sink and the carpets looked dirty. Next morning on leaving I was talking to the person at the front desk and was told that Renovations were coming in 2024. Hope to see it much better after that if I have to visit that area again.

Can't believe there wasn't even one USB port in the entire room. This is a Hilton after all. Never encountered that before unless Motel 6 level. Did not like the menu selection either. Wished there was a Ruby Tuesday or equivalent close by. I will be crossing this hotel off future choices due to price/value inequality. Other than the above, everything was as any $150-$200 per night hotel.

Front desk staff Joseph and Manager Mr. Curtis made my stay at the Hilton amazing. They were friendly and attentive.
Hotel property was amazing beds comfortable room size was perfect only compliant the water temperature no matter how long I ran the shower was just like warm.
