坦帕布蘭登希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Brandon Tampa)

Es gibt keine vollausgestattete Küche, auch wenn das so in der Beschreibung steht. Auf Nachfrage erhält man an der Rezeption eine Herdplatte und 2 Kochtöpfe (total alt und zerbeult). Kochen kann man damit definitiv nicht. Es gibt auch keine Dunstabzugshaube und die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Nicht geeignet um auch nur irgendetwas zu kochen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Gesaugt wird dort wohl nicht. Die Tagesdecke war ebenfalls schmutzig und auf einem Kissen waren Blutstropfen. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Good Fair service (Front desk is okay). Not mean but not pleasant or particularly informative. Breakfast is pretty decent. Rooms are well designed to use space efficiently. Located very near Dave and Busters Near Brandon mall. Multiple Food places nearby Sufficient Parking Bad Rooms were not cleaned properly. Found a lighter in the bed. Left it for next guest. Pipe for kitchen sink busted. Was told sorry about that will let maintenance know. Never saw maintenance for the 2 days I was there. ******* says checkout was 12 pm. I was told it was 11 am.

The low battery alarm decided to go off at 2am with a baby and an 8 year old sleeping in the room. Called the desk and someone came to replace the battery but brought the wrong one so she just disconnected it. She apologized and said they will comp the room. Our baby was up crying for a couple of hours and after all said and done, we checked out and the desk says there’s nothing they can do.

Hotel is nice and looks clean. Pool needed cleaning. Bed and pillows are horribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful. I have stayed at other Home2suites and they had full breakfast. This Hotel had cereals, waffle maker and pre package sandwiches put inside a box for self service. The sandwiches looked like the ones that you grab at a gas station. This is definitely my first and last visit to this hotel.

The room smelled horrible like wet animals, no matter how much l sprayed. The smell did not go away. There were hairs on the pillows and in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower also hairs around the kitchen sink faucet. I could not wait to check out First and last stay at this location

We have been staying in Home2 Suites for a couple of weeks in other states and this one was by far the worst one. Refrigerator was filthy and the room smelled. The handicapped shower was broke and the shampoo container kept falling off. Will not stay again.

During Check in, we found out that the handicap accessible king suite, that we had pre booked was not available, so we were given another king suite that was not the same size as the room we booked.

What an awful Hilton property. The list of crap that went wrong is too long. Pass this one by.
