The owners were very helpful. Easy to communicate with.

The unit was clean. The pet area was very small. Had to take our dog for long walks but the neighborhood was sketchy. Three days in a row large police presence. There was a death on property when we arrived. The high fees were not worth the area.

No front desk check in. Had to wait outside for an hour to get into the unit, because we didn't have the door lock code. No one answered our calls to their posted phone number.

Towel was wet, hand towel dirty. Found a bug in the bed. Ran out of soap in the bathroom. Smells like cigarettes in here.

Wasn't able to stay ...... Someone was still in the room when i checked in ..... Room Wasn't available

Hot tub was broken and none of the pictures matched the location- this is a scam!!!

The apartment was nice, needs a good cleaning and laundry was not completed. Was hoping the hot tub worked as advertised but was inop and a disappointment. Price was right for the area but a large cleaning deposit was unnecessary as I had to clean up from the last visitor. Need to fix door lock and ensure all remotes for tv’s are present. Need newer towels Was what we needed for one night, but wouldn’t stay longer. Would however stay again if they fixed a few of the items mentioned. Thanks, Rober

I stayed here the first week of December for business. Property management was super responsive to any questions or needs I had. The unit is very clean with appealing decor. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The closets are large with plenty of space. All the necessities were here - Keurig, toaster, dinnerware. Everything to make you feel at home. It’s in a residential neighborhood so it’s pretty quiet around. There is a hot tub in the “back yard” space. That area is charming with Cafe lights and seating around. (I did not use the hot tub). I would stay here again!

This place was not as advertised at all. First off my original booking canceled us the day before our trip so ********** called us and “upgraded” our stay to this place quoting it was .6 miles from the convention center and a walkable distance. We arrived and it was 3.6 miles from the convention center which was definitely not an easy walk. The place is a former apartment complex in a very sketchy residential area, bars on the windows of all the houses (definitely not safely walkable). Walking inside the place smelled of stale **** and incense. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but upon touching the doorknobs to the rooms which were all sticky we quickly changed our opinions. The bathroom smelled like mildew and there was no toilet paper, the refrigerator in the kitchen had old eggs and containers of juice plus 2 open red bulls and had clearly not been cleaned out. When I tried to reach out to ********** to tell them we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying here they told us there was nothing they could do since we already checked in. We are now fighting for a refund which is dependent on the “hotel” owner who did not even respond when we voiced our concern. We left the hotel immediately and booked another place for the weekend last minute. I was so disappointed both in this place that ********** had upgraded me to, and ********** for how they handled the situation.
