We had a good time this place. Food and room were good. We recommend for good times with less money.

L'hébergement a besoin de rénovations. Le terrain de tennis est désuet. Les plats proposés sont répétitifs. Les activités offertes sur place sont ennuyantes. Des informations sur les marées et surtout sur leur dangerosité devraient être fournies de vive-voix. Les restaurants à la carte ne respectent pas leur thème (restaurant japonais qui propose du riz cantonais, décorations chinoises,etc... ). Dans les chambres, la climatisation fait un bruit d'enfer.

Das Personal war super freundlich.Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Man sah auch immer wieder Affen und Waschbären in der Anlage.Es wurde nie langweilig.

Lo único negativo es que en la zona de la piscina llega un mal olor y a veces muy fuerte. Pero definitivamente si es un lugar para volver a ir. Es muy posible que sea un destino fijo cada año.

Hotel bonito. Buena comida en el restaurante. Pueden mejorar el servicio de bar y snacks. Bonita piscina. La playa no es tan bonita pero camina un poco y es bastante mejor

Excelente lugar, tranquilo, seguro, personal amable. Un poco lento el check inn, podrían dar la información de manera digital, para que el personal de recepción no tenga de hablar tanto con cada huésped.

The room was excellent for us. We loved the ground-floor location that was convenient to the pool and resort center. The room was nicely cleaned daily, and a few refreshments were provided each day, even more as requested. The property location with the beach and Pacific waves is marvelous! The estuary and pristine sandy beach to the south is great for walks and hanging out, and the sunset view across the lava rock shoreline toward Tamarindo is breathtaking. The pool also - it is beautiful and perfect for spending hours of reading, or fun entertainment, or just drinking and laughing. The entertainment crew is great, as is the bar/service staff at the pool!

Service, food, drinks and beach were not at all what we expected, very disappointed considering the ratings. We were a group of 10 and we were all disappointed.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Jusy was so helpful when booking excursions and transportation to and from the airport. The bartending staff was great. Super friendly. The spa was very nice and Mila gave me one of the best relaxation massages I have ever had.
