LAKE MARTIN SUMMER GETAWAY or GAMEDAY CONDO!!! Semi- long term rentals and short term (weekends) welcome. Comes with use of boat slip!
This 3 bedroom 3 bath is spacious and comfortably sleeps 8 with a king, queen, full, and a set of bunks. Dining accommodates 10 and living area has a 65” mounted tv. If the lake isn’t enough the condominium has a community pool with fun slide. The balcony has a beautiful view. Just 30 minutes away from Auburn, AL.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Noise should be at a minimum at 11pm; All trash/garbage should be put in the dumpsters in the parking lot at checkout;.No trailers/water crafts allowed in parking lot; No towels or clothes can be hung from balcony- dryer is available;,No use of community fire pits by guests; No smoking in pool; No lifeguard at pool area-swim at own risk and no children allowed without supervision;.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Awesome Place for a long weekend at the lake
We stayed in this same condo last year. The owner is very responsive to your needs and cares about the people who staying in his condo. The interior of the condo was very clean. If you have a boat, the boat slip is very convenient. I have a 24' pontoon boat and we had no problems getting in and out of the slips. We enjoyed a great memorial day weekend and will go again.

Lake condo
Great location. Good for family get togethers. Must bring own toiletries including soap and tp which is not the norm.

Perfect!
Beautiful waterfront condo. Furnishings were above and beyond from the bathrooms, to the bedrooms to the living area to the kitchen. Comfortable, clean beds and comfortable living area. Plan to come again next year.

Totally worth it
This is a great property. Spacious, clean, well appointed, great view of the lake. Porch is great for hanging out and relaxing. Really nice safe neighborhood. Have already booked again!

Summer Family Lake Trip
We found a place at Lake Martin that was great! We all were able to have our space, while enjoying the common areas together. It was the perfect location for us all... We will look to stay here again in the future.

A little slice of Heaven
This was an amazing four day stay for us as a family of five. We have three children (7,3,&1.5) they loved the bunk bed room and getting to stay in the same room together. The room also had another bed in it as well which made getting them to sleep a breeze! The balcony and master bedroom/ huge closet were my absolute favorite! We were able to place all our belongings in the closet without having any to clutter the bedroom! My husband and son really enjoyed the power recliners in the living room! Being able to dock our boat and check on it off the balcony was very nice and it's not a far walk at all down to the dock. The washer and dryer work well and the dryer dries on the first time!!! We had so much fun and really enjoyed our stay! We look forward to booking this room again.
