塔拉哈西城中雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Tallahassee Downtown)

The facility is unquestionably wonderful. The staff needs training in payment questions. I was not given a receipt and the staff couldn’t retrieve one. They couldn’t answer any questions regarding my prior full payment through ******* and why they needed another payment card. After requesting a receipt upon checkout, I finally figured it out myself. The check-in payment was for parking and incidentals. I wasn’t allowed to complete a sentence, before the cashier would cut me off mid sentence with her version of what I was trying to say. Frustration to the max.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

I've stayed here many times and always have a positive experience. Mikayla at the front desk was super helpful and cheerful, but not to the point where it was too much after a long day of travel. The hotel is trendy, comfortable, and clean. Parking is easy. They allow pets, which I love to see when I am away from mine at home. Overall, I'd drive a little further to stay here over some other options in the area. Perfectly situated if you have business at the courthouse.

I love that this is an adult focused hotel. I've never been woken up to babies crying or kids running through the halls yelling. The king beds are comfortable, the rooms are always clean, and it's great to sit around the fire with our dogs with a snack and a cocktail from the bar in the evening.

Excellent staff! We enjoyed a friendly, professional, lively atmosphere at the Tallahassee Aloft. We would absolutely stay there again.

Unfortunately this hotel has seen better days and the staff seems more concerned with themselves than the guests comfort.

We loved that this property was situated downtown in a nice section walkable to restaurants and FSU campus.
