The hotel was filthy! No pillow cases No bathroom towels nor rugs Toilet paper holder all rusty and they still shoved the roll in Fridge rusty The reception when we went to check in had piles and piles of linens and pillows on table, chairs and on the floor. Just a big scary dump 😡 Need a refund immediately When my husband asked for towels and pillow cases the receptionist just grabbed them from the pile 🤔 A DUMP and I will give it a big 0 !! The health department needs to visit the place and Howard Johnson Should NOT be proud of making part of such a horrific place.

Service was good perfect location room was clean and friendly staff

It's like a choose your own adventure book. Sometimes your room sucks. Sometimes it's okay.

No cumple con lo que se pone en *******! Habitación sucia, sin sábanas, ni toallas, no tiene luz, con cucarachas y moho! No había desayuno! No entiendo como *******, puede tener ese tipo de hotel en su lista!

Buiten dat deze accommodatie aan een grondige opknapbeurt toe is waren de kamers vies, koelkast verroest, onfrisse geur, slecht sluitende deur en geen of kapotte stopcantacten, hoe deze accommodatie een 7.7 kan krijgen is mij een raadsel!

Pague 11 noches por adelantado y solo pase 1, preferí perder el.dinero que permanecer allí. Ni se les ocurra ir allí

Propiedad muy sucia, muy mal servicio, lámparas sin pantallas y rotas , no ropa de cama , solamente una para la cama y nada para cubrirse la persona a pesar de reclamarle , el front desk cierra y no queda nadie para atender al huésped, no existe área para desayuno . La instalación no está en condiciones para prestar servicio y deja en muy mal criterio y prestigio a EXPEDÍA .

De Verdad NO VAYAS regularmente no hago valoraciones pero lo creo necesario, un lugar sucio e inseguro, de hecho no me quedé ahi preferí perder mi dinero que arriesgar mi familia, realmente muy decepcionado que ******* promueva este tipo de lugares

La habitación en mal estado no está en condiciones para renta todo roto y sucio

No me gusto nada , falta de iluminación, no es un lugar seguro, cuartos y baño sucios, purertas y ventanas rotas.

We were unable to check in. The room we had booked had a plumbing issue and the only other available room was uninhabitable.

Worst place I have ever had been. No human been should stay there. It was dirty, broken furniture, dirty beds, no pillows, lights not working. It had dead bugs. I feel scammed by ******* for not checking before recommending a place like this.

The room wasn’t very clean I didn’t feel safe a lot of people just hanging around outside
