They did not send me details to check in and insist they did after I contact the customer service at 2am after staying outside in cold for an hour Checked all my email and junks/spams I confirm I did not receive any further info abt check in informations

Not impressed at all. There was no toilet roll upon arrival at midnight after a really long few hours flight and travelling. I only wanted a base for the night so we didn’t have to travel really tired throughout the night but it was w of money for what it was and to not have basics like toilet roll is not acceptable. We will not be back

My wife and I stayed in The Green Man Boutique Hotel with our four month old baby for one night in order to be able to catch an early flight the next morning. The state of the room upon our arrival was abysmal. The TV did not work. Both of the front legs on the armchair were broken and were only being used to balance the chair on. The wallpaper above the shower was peeling off into the shower. The requested cot was left in storage, meaning we had to go and hunt for it and then set it up, we were also not provided with a clean sheet for the cot so we had to ***** one of the spare beds in order to use a large sheet. The floor in the room was so uneven we had to sleep with our heads at the bottom of the bed and we had to place bathroom towels under one side of the cot to prevent our baby from rolling over. The staff should be embarrassed at the standards, or lack thereof, they are setting. We booked the hotel to get a few hours sleep before flying, however, I believe we would have been better off finding a cardboard box outside Stansted airport for the night. At least then we would not have been robbed of the amount The Green Man Boutique Hotel charged us for.

My daughter and I were booked to stay 1st July/early am 2nd July and during that day, the last day of our holiday I was concerned that I had not received access instructions. I spent that whole day trying to phone, email both ******* and the Green man and family in UK to try and help, with no luck. We got to Stansted at 2.3om and had no option but to spend the night there before continuing my onward journey to central Scotland. I am 77 and have only just recovered. Since then I have tried to get in touch with The Green Man to no avail, so this is my only recourse. I would like a full refund at the very least. I have stayed here before and and it was lovely. Please get in touch

Entrance was straighforward no issues with the key code. Room was clean airy and bright but outdated. It sloped quite severely. The chair had a wonky leg and could not be sat on. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was big with two sinks (no bath) and good shower. The setup is good if you have no issues but there is no support or contact if something h is a needed or happens I tried to contact reception and the bar to ‘checkout’ and both were closed. The key is back in the safe. One point list the other is in found some litter in the bathroom. Didn’t seem to cleaned on the outside of the sink.

Avoid! We got a filthy room with hair everywhere, the bedsheet wasn’t clean either!(sadly we just saw it later!!!) After a 2hour sleep several BEDBUG bites, unacceptable! The owner doesn’t answers at all. We asked for the reclamation book, didn’t got it either… Extra: The water is literally just dripping from the sink if you open it. Total waste of Time and Money!
