法斯特飯店(Fasthotel Reims-Taissy)

Petite chambre mais agréable et surtout propre le personnel à l accueil rien à dire agréables et souriantes petit déjeuner impeccable il y a du choix pain au maïs très bon. Parking ou certains avec des porches prennent 2 places mais sinon hôtel agréable et très propre

Un couple a fait du bruit jusqu’à plus de 4h du matin : téléphone toute la nuit avec haut parleur forcément, rires, bruits divers,… Nous supposons, avec mon mari, qu’il s’agit d’un dealer qui fait son business. C’est vraiment dommage ! Ça a pourri notre séjour. La chambre était plutôt propre et le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Die Zimmer sind klein und sehr einfach eingerichtet und haben ein kleines Bad, TV (französische Sender) und Klimaanlage. Alles ist sauber. Pro Zimmer gibt es nur einen Hocker. Das Restaurant und die Bar waren während Corona geschlossen worden und noch nicht wieder geöffnet... So konnte man nur im Zimmer auf Bett und den einen Hocker sitzen. Draußen gab es keinerlei Sitzgelegenheiten in der Nähe. Wir waren uns drei Jahren schon einmal hier, da standen draußen wenigstens noch Stühle und Tische, die waren aber jetzt eingezäunt, so saßen jetzt viele Leute auf dem Boden neben ihrer Eingangstür. Für die Durchreise oder zwei, drei Nächte, wenn man z.B. Reims erkunden möchte, ist es zu empfehlen.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Betreuung und ein schmackhaftes und ausreichendes Frühstück, ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Gewerbergebiet am Stadtrand von Reims, jedoch keine Anbindung an den Nahverkehr Very clean room, very friendly service and a tasty and sufficient breakfast, quiet location in a small commercial area on the outskirts of Reims, but no local transport links. Chambre très propre, service très sympathique et petit déjeuner savoureux et suffisant, emplacement calme dans une petite zone commerciale à la périphérie de Reims, mais pas de liaisons de transport locales.

La Réception est excellente,l’amabilité est présente literie superbe,service impeccable,propre. le personnel est vraiment sympa et souriant aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux pour le prix que demander de plus

Comfortable stop on road to Calais. Auto check in allowed a 2am arrival. While functional the rooms are clean and comfortable. Shutters allow for properly dark room as well. Location good just off autoroute

I stayed in this establishment so many times apart from the smoking policy, and never had any problems; Wednesday the 21st Dec left the UK, as usual, to go from Folkestone to Calais with a view of arriving at 11 o'clock French time, unfortunately, due to a considerable hold-up within the crossing we arrived at 1:30 am, we had a reference number we had a booking reference number, and we had a receipt of payment through a booking company the self-service computer was so slow and so out of date with technical problems that it wouldn't allocate us a room even though we had paid, nobody to contact nobody to speak to now stuck in the middle of Reims with no hotel nowhere to go and too late to booking anywhere else. Despite numerous attempts at contacting people, this fell on deaf ears and to no avail. Fortunately, having a large car and only two of us, we were able to drive to the layby on the French motorway, where there are toilet facilities. Where we were then able to leave the engine running and put the seats back, and get some sleep for an hour or two before making our journey. Making telephone calls the following day with no success, we have just received notification that the company has completely agreed that we were booked in. There was a reservation, and that they are sorry that the Hotel facility had wrongly allocated our booking, but as a cancellation, you can have your money back. It wasn't about the money; it was about our safety, leaving us in the middle of a town with no way to rest or have safety except staying in a locked car. The hotel have refused to comment and still will not take ownership of the responsibility, I said at from the beginning this has been a very good hotel and stopping-off facilities.
