塔伊夫布德爾飯店(Boudl Taif)

التفاصيل كثيرة ويصعب حصرها لكن بشكل عام لا بأس بالفندق

At the time of check-in the receptionist said that I have only one room booked and not two....I showed her the reservation confirmation from ********** that it says 2 rooms....she ignored that and tried to convince me that its just one room, It took her 10min to confirm that I have two rooms.... The rooms were not cleaned properly...My wife spoke to them twice(second and third day) as there was dust in both room ... The quality of the breakfast was horrible... At the time of check-out I informed the receptionist about those issues and he said re- breakfast, its due to pandemic and Covid that's why they couldn't serve good breakfast!!! In summary, I will never visit this hotel at all when I come to Taif next time.

This was our first visit to Taif and i booked Boudl hotel as its located very near to park, zoo etc. Location is really good as many restaurants, coffee shops are nearby. We stayed in the junior suite for couple of nights. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They have a small section as kids playarea, nice for my kid. Only thing i didn't liked was breakfast, its very limited and exactly the same on daily basis. So not sure, if the items are kept fresh or not every morning.

Noisy, room light controls not good, this’s not a 5 Star hotel.

It was great the only thing is some floor tiles are not stable which is annoying while walking around. There was leaks in the bathroom that kept the floor always wet. such things should not be there comparing to the price I paid for the room.

Great location

I spent one night here. Overall it was fine. The hotel is older, and starting to feel tired. The carpeting in my room was stained and worn down in many places. Beyond that, the room was clean and. comfortable. Wifi worked ok. The breakfast buffet was on the smaller side, but had ok options. Parking in their underground garage was convenient. Staff spoke decent English. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood.

Very nice staff--not a lot of English, but enough. Very large room. The reality is not nearly as grand as the picture of the outside, and it is on the far side of the ring road, so it is not walkable to anywhere.
