BGC Uptown Mall Suite

Do NOT book this!!! The horrible experience started after booking. Due to the storm, I tried numerous times (total of at least 6x spread out across 2 hours) to contact the phone number to make sure I know where to go, how to access parking, etc. The phone number was not working and would not connect. My cousin tried texting the number also and got no response. I tried messaging and was not connected. Due to lack of communication, we did not know where to go and had to travel in the pouring storm trying to find the correct Uptown hotel since the “Uptown Mall Suites” is not the name of the building. When we finally found the building and tried to “check in”, the receptionist told us we were not in the system and did we get instructions on how to enter. We received no email communication giving instructions on how to enter and where to enter. After waiting, tired and wet from the rain, the receptionist was finally able to find an email to contact. I had to contact the email of the AirBnb owner/manager, they did not try to contact me at all before this. They gave no apology and showed no contrition for their complete lack of communication and professionalism. You don’t find out the rules, fine print, etc until AFTER you have booked a non-refundable and paid the money. So we learned we couldn’t use the pool and gym until it was too late and we were stuck with the place. The condition and lack of amenities are non-existent. There are no toiletries (no soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste or toothbrush), and no hand towel/wash towels, even though it’s in the list that it should have it. There’s not even a sheet on the bed (only on the pillow top layer of the bed). Save yourself the frustration and book a different one!!

Went there for a lodging purposes. Miss Daxe helped us a lot and approved our request time check out.

actually, this is better than averaged. except for 2 things, one is too many tiny small cockroaches in the room, i at least killed 6 in 3 nights. another is they dont have washing machines. the rest is ok, even better than average. i definitely will come back, but hope the warns to be killed before that.
