Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

房間隔音太差了，隔壁鄰居的談話全能聽到，最可笑的是打呼嚕聲音也能聽到，是我太敏感了嗎？哈哈，談話持續到凌晨快1點。而且房間里居然還有幾衹蚊子，我之前在Agoda裏看到有人説那裡有蚊子，沒想到真有 再來説説環境景色吧，也就這個優點了，拍拍照啥的，泳池晚上看也挺漂亮的，第一次可以去可以看看，但下次不會再來了，畢竟酒店最基本的功能就是睡覺的，隔音不好蚊子騷擾，這就要勸退了

My stay was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

早餐選擇很少 位置偏偏僻 旁邊有skyranch 門口餐廳沒吃過看起來好像很厲害 風景很好

我為我的朋友和她的家人預訂了四星級酒店！但非常失望，因為我花了 8000 多比索訂了一間豪華房，裡面有一張大號床和一張單人床，可以住 3 個成人 1 個小孩（殘疾人），然後接待員要求他們再付 3600 比索給 2 個人，但他們卻沒有提供加床？你們提供什麼樣的服務？被高估了，不值得，所以令人失望，madami pa gumakawa sa 建築如此令人不安。

Super clean and beautiful💯✔️

Escala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness. Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotel’s amenities during the check-in process. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests won’t need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light.

Superbly welcoming, accommodating with finest service to the very detail of your need. It is surely value for money. We were able to have a great birthday stay.

Room was great only the smell of bathroom .in other hand the main door wasn’t sealed i can hear everything at reception side . Yet the restaurant was the best in Philippines.
